I was not impressed with the service. I bought the extended warranty on this vehicle yes at a different dealership but still bought it. Plus when I took it in for the hatch not working c I bought the extended warranty on this vehicle yes at a different dealership but still bought it. Plus when I took it in for the hatch not working correctly I was still under warranty. It had a recall for the hatch. That did not fix the problem and when I brought it back it was no longer under normal warranty. I asked for a loaner car since I only have the one vehicle and was refused because it was no longer under original warranty. I have been a long time dodge/jeep customer (20 years) but at this point that is looking to change. More
