I dealt with the service department manager, Susie. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. So far, the repairs seem to have solved my engine problem. My dealing with Endurance Extended Wa She was very professional and pleasant to work with. So far, the repairs seem to have solved my engine problem. My dealing with Endurance Extended Warranty was maddening. Susie went to bat for me but experienced the same claim denial I did, even after jumping through hoops and providing the requested maintenance documents. As a snowbird for five months a year, I will return to Huston for future needs. More
