Appointment scheduled with coupon for oil change that included tire rotation. Oil changed and was told tires could Not be rotated, something about coating on Factory Lug Bolts??? I’ve had tires installed on this vehicle and no question about wheel lugs. Would have to order Lug Bolts at a $320 price as they were not in stock! Same Lug Bolts that came on this vehicle when purchased new from Wells. I asked if I bought new Lug Bolts and came back for rotation as the coupon. Was told NO as the ticket had been closed.
