Let's start with the good: I driopped my GMC Sierra truck off on the 28th of October. Asked for a Transmission service and said I had a hesitation issue that I wanted to be looked at. I was quoted (by phone) that the normal service would be around $350 which was acceptable. I told Keith Allen that I also wanted an estimate on some body work, a front bumper replaced, seat covers, lights mon my mirrors replaced or repaired and maybe mirrors that would extend farther out than what I had. I also wanted a rubber panel where my cruise control was replaced. Keith said he would get all of that for me. I told him that if he needed to keep it for a week I was OK with that. Fast forward to November 4th. I hadn't heard from Keith and as a week had gone by I thought I should call to get the results. Keith was unavailable son I left my contact information and waited. About four hours later I called back and was told Keith was no responding and that th4 Service manager would be in contact. 5 minutes later Keith called and said he tried to call me but the number was incorrect (yes the one I left with the lady that answered the phone.) so I said I would be there the next day (today) two pick up the truck. When I arrived I went into Keiths office and said I was here to pick uo the truck. He in formed me that the Transmission was checked and it was in good shape so they did the flush. Now with the Bad: Keith tells me that I was to pay $600 plus dollars for the service. I asked why to was almost double what the quoted me especially since there was no issues to be repaired on my transmission. He looked at the bill and said he would figure out why. He then told me the filters (2 filters) where $150 each but he would adjust the labor to get my bill down to nearer what he quoted me. He got it down to 372.49 which was acceptable. He offered me half of his Jimmy Johns sandwich which I declined and I paid my bill. He didn't give me any estimates on any of these other things I was interested in getting and said his service manager would get back to me on the body damage repair. He asked if I was coming back to get those things repaired and I said I would think abut it. He said my truck was waiting in either the second or third row outside his office. The truck was not there. I searched and found it out back behind d the building. I know it's nit picking but I;'m used to better customer service than what was afforded to me at this dealership service department. I normally had my truck brought to me after it had been cleaned and vacuumed, even detailed at other services Ive had, but not here. When I looked at the bill it showed this two filters and the costs were $61.18 for one and $79.56 for the other. The transmission fluid was $205.00 and Keith had dropped the labor to $25 (Thanks Keith.) When I asked about getting the lights replaced on my outside mirrors Keith simply said " I think you have to replace the whole mirror." You think? Shouldn't a service person know? We never discussed the other issues. So I'm extremely happy that my Transmission is in good shape and I have had the service, but I don't think I will return to this dealership for any future service or purchases. It's the little things that make customer service a pleasant experience. It's simply not worth the 17 miles I had to drive to get anything repaired. The place looked busy so I'm sure this one bad experience will not make a difference. Just a short note. My phone number and email address were on the receipt and they were both correct. More

This is the 9th time Huston Cadillac has rolled out the red carpet for me, and I've dealt with David Quinto every time. He always offers an efficient and completely transparent buying experience. I noticed particularly that he took initiative to make sure that all of the necessary documentation was pre-loaded so that I didn't have to burn an entire day at a dealership (greatly appreciated). Next time you're looking for a group of individuals that are thoughtful of your time and offer professional, red carpet service: ask for David Quinto (salesman) and Sean M (manager). They both offer their personal lines so that you can skip being on hold at the front desk, and connect directly to their personal mobile devices. I recently had repair service performed at Huston Cadillac of Lake Wales, Florida, of which they had to replace the AC condenser and low pressure line, and changed 8 plugs and wires. The bill was $4 Cadillac of Lake Wales, Florida, of which they had to replace the AC condenser and low pressure line, and changed 8 plugs and wires. The bill was $487.04 for parts, $1808.00 for labor, $160.65 tax, for a total of $2,455.69. This work took approximately 3 hours, which means they charged over $600.00 per hour for labor. I feel this is a classic case of highway robbery done in collusion with corporate GM. Customers beware! More

Great Experience! Huston Cadillac is in my opinion the best Cadillac dealer around! I live in Lakeland and drive to Huston Cadillac, instead of using the Cadillac Deal Huston Cadillac is in my opinion the best Cadillac dealer around! I live in Lakeland and drive to Huston Cadillac, instead of using the Cadillac Dealer in Lakeland that is 5 minutes from my house. My service advisor Mike Hamric is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Other local Cadillac service departments (Cannon Cadillac in Lakeland) do NOT have a knowledgeable service department. My Cadillac is under factory Warranty and the Lakeland dealer (Cannon Cadillac) has refused to fix certain items and I was turned away. Knowing this was WRONG, I went to Huston Cadillac and explained what was going on, they fixed everything for me and agreed that my issues would be covered under my factory warranty. Cannon Cadillac in Lakeland has wrongly failed me several times and it is a shame. However, in the process I found Huston Cadillac who I have never had an issue with. I am always greeted with a smile, and every person I have encountered has went above and beyond to assist me with anything I need. From now on I will always go to Huston Cadillac. Thank you, Lance S.
