We wanted to purchase a vehicle we fell in love with but Ron basically told us he didn't want our business if we weren't going to finance through them. He added additional charges to the original price for Ron basically told us he didn't want our business if we weren't going to finance through them. He added additional charges to the original price for taking cate of scratches on the car. I would advise to stay away from Ron!!!...he seems to portray himself as the typical "used car salesman" More
Started working with Derek online. Got an amazing price from him( 9 different dealerships couldn't come close!) The night before i went to buy it, i was looking at their website again and something else c from him( 9 different dealerships couldn't come close!) The night before i went to buy it, i was looking at their website again and something else caught my eye. Emailed Derek again asking if that one was available to test drive also. Upon getting there the next day Tre ended up helping me out because Derek was still with another customer. Great customer service followed with. I left happy with my new car and the price i got! Thank you guys. I will be making the 3 hour drive again for my next vehical purchase! More
I called Reg Malcom at Husker Auto about a Chevy Traverse on the website and made an appointment to see him that afternoon. When I arrived he was very sweet and professional from the start, not your typical on the website and made an appointment to see him that afternoon. When I arrived he was very sweet and professional from the start, not your typical sales guy! The entire process beginning to end was great and Seth in Financial was very personable as well. Based off of my experience with these two I would highly recommend them!! More
The bmw manager was unwilling to deal on price at all. Even after fixing the thermostat, the shop forgot to add coolant to the fill level. Easy to purchase, not easy to deal with manager. I had to pay more than their advertised price because they said that price is only if you finance with them. I had cash. There is no disclaimer on their website stating this. I also did not have a trade they said that price is only if you finance with them. I had cash. There is no disclaimer on their website stating this. I also did not have a trade in and they wanted me to pay an additional $500 because I had cash and no trade. I bought the vehicle but will never do business with them again. Plenty of other places will gladly take cash. More
As a first-time automobile buyer, I lacked buyer experience and what to look for when buying a vehicle; but Gregory Brady made it easy. Mr. Brady is the most thorough professional I have ever encoun experience and what to look for when buying a vehicle; but Gregory Brady made it easy. Mr. Brady is the most thorough professional I have ever encountered. He not only helps you find your future automobile, but he will educate you throughout the entire process as well. I found this extremely helpful because Mr. Brady explained each step in detail and left no stone unturned. Within one week of meeting him, he found a perfect vehicle for my family, which met every need on our checklist. As I learned with Mr. Brady, it takes a professional who understands the industry to perform at a high level. I recommend Mr. Brady to anyone seeking a professional with their best interest at heart. Expect a smooth transition at closing because Mr. Brady has completed all of the leg work to make this experience as easy as one could imagine. Just bring your good ink pen to sign for your desired vehicle. More

Purchased a used 2017 Chevy Silverado from this dealership. I drove up from omaha to purchase this truck because omaha didn’t have any and the price was aggressive. We negotiated a ok price on my dealership. I drove up from omaha to purchase this truck because omaha didn’t have any and the price was aggressive. We negotiated a ok price on my used truck and at this point thing were good and I would have given the experience 4 stars and referred friends to make the drive to Lincoln. Then it all went down hill. I left due to the time and it was already late. Came back the next day to head to finance and sign on the line. When I came back as arranged and communicated during the day that I would be back at 6pm as planned. They said the truck was in detail and finance was ready for me. But to get a jump start I could fill out credit info online. I have good credit so no problem. I did so and they said no problem see you at 6. When I arrived the truck was not detailed. I dropped the tail gate and paint was in the bed. It was not detailed. So the salesman said he would personally do it. Then I went to finance and the tried to increase my rate by 2 percent. After I turned down 4,000 in add on charges???? After over 30 min and talking with manager And finance guy running back in forth. He said he found a place and everything was fine. He also told me “he knows finance and he doesn’t tell me how to do my job”. I should have walked but was mentally tired with corona -19 stuff. And working to much. Then I left looked and they didn’t even give me a half tank of gas and I had to drive back to omaha. I called the finance manager and he said it’s a learning opportunity for finance. But after that he said why would I buy if I didn’t agree to the terms. Sales 4 stars out of 5 Finance 2 stars Detail/service 1star More
Let me tell you first that I do not typically do this but I had to share everywhere I could. This was my response to their customer service survey. More than a little frustrated right now with your dealersh I had to share everywhere I could. This was my response to their customer service survey. More than a little frustrated right now with your dealership. Initially, the service and communication were great. Once the vehicle was purchased and the salesmen cut his check it seems as though he was done with helping. The truck is the dream truck so I made a trip far from home to purchase the vehicle and waited months for the right one at the right price. I was elated to find the truck at $24K. Upon arriving at the dealership the deal was done I had already purchased about $500 worth of extras for the vehicle. Then they took me over to the finance office and played the game of "let me go talk to the manager and see what we can do" a couple of times. It is partially on me I was not very clear and firm about what I wanted but was presented finally with a "deal" at a special interest rate. The things that ended up being added on to the loan total $3250 for the extended warranty (wanted), $1600 for rust prevention (wanted), $999 Gap coverage (didn't really want), Zaktek(Got talked into), and not sure on the dollar amount but wheel and tire and door ding coverage. Again coverages are cool things but they were not presented to us in this matter. We were only told a rate and a payment over time. Upon looking over the total of the loan it was over $32K meaning a quarter of what I am paying off with interest are just coverages from your dealership. We were being fed that they were deals at special rates but sadly the only ones who came away with any types of deals were the salespeople cutting checks off of those "deals". So I figured since I paid for all of these extra coverages I'd make a quick trip back as soon as I could to get some of them done. I tried to get in touch with salesmen to help me set up and schedule the work. No communication what so ever from him. I had to get bounced back and forth from different departments because I wanted to get Zaktek and Rust prevention done in one day. Knowing that it was going to take me a while I asked if there was any way that a courtesy vehicle would be possible for the day they said that would be fine. So yesterday, only 5 days after buying the vehicle, I make the trip leaving home at 5:30 am. Get to your shop at 8:30. I told them that I needed both things done in 1 day that is why I called multiple people and came so early. Instead of one of your dealerships courtesy vehicles I was taken to enterprise and had to use one of their vehicles. Not sure why. I went back to the dealership and bought a spare key for my vehicle for another $300. Kent was about the only highlight from your business. I spoke with the person with who I initially worked and communicated the key situation with her. I was told that programming the key may take 45min to an hour. Making my grand total time there worth the six-hour round trip worth the drive. So rust prevention they said 2-3 hours, Zaktec they sad 2-3 hours and key programming 45min-1hr. The truck was dropped off at 8:30 so let us say 9:00 to get started. I drove around Lincoln and came back to the dealership around 1:45 to see if the work was close to being done and if I could pay so that when the truck was done we could leave. Upon arrival, I learned that the truck hadn't even made it over to the side of the dealership where the Zaktek and keys need to be done. I was told they could get key and Zaktek done quickly or we could make another 6 hour round trip to get it done another time. So my mom and I sit there for another 2 hours before anyone says anything again to us only to find out 2 hours later that they are not even done with the keys yet. I am at a loss at this point. No Zaktek this trip. I'm about to get hailed on. I leave and now today I get this survey asking about how satisfied I am with my experience. So I will ask you... how satisfied are you with your overall service. Like I said the whole experience hasn't even been a total of a week. Would you refer a friend to your business? Not me, even if they had to put up with half of the things that I had to put up with. You can bet that friends will be warned off for sure. Just at your establishment, I have spent about $34K now. I do not feel like a very valued customer. Also 1 week later call from rental car place. They hadn’t even taken it back. Had a hold on my deposit for a while. More
