My Chrysler Cirrus was overdo for an oil change. With the Quick Lane service, I knew I could immediately drive over to Tom Peck Ford (about 5 minutes from my home) and get the oil changed. Wait time was the Quick Lane service, I knew I could immediately drive over to Tom Peck Ford (about 5 minutes from my home) and get the oil changed. Wait time was not that long for not having an appointment. I have an F-150 and Jeep GC that I also have serviced at Tom Peck. The service staff knows me and it's a very good relationship. Most important, I trust the service provided. With regard to pricing, I was actually able to use a holiday gift coupon from Tom Peck which made the price a great deal. More

I was overdue for an oil change and arrived on a Saturday, Holiday weekend within about an hour of closing time. They were able to take me and do the job. I moved out to the Huntley area from Chicago in July of 2003. As chance would have it, my wife and I needed a new vehicle. We stumbled into Tom Peck Ford of Huntley. After ten years, my wife and I (and several family members) have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership. My family and I also have our vehicles serviced there. The sales staff is polite and professional. They do not push or pressure you into a vehicle that is not for you. Another reason I continue to do business there is the service staff. I have not once in ten years had a misdiagnosed or a duplicate service relates issue with any of the vehicles I or other family members who have brought vehicles there for service. They fix the problem. My wife drives 100+ miles a day to and from work. After ten years, we have never had a breakdown with any of our vehicles that are serviced there, and we were never left stranded on the side of the road for any reason. I would like to thank George and Tony (Service) for their time and patience. Had a couple of recall issues and a few other maintenance items on my 2012 Ford Focus that I bought from Tom Peck. Emailed picture of one issue and Tony from the service Department was able to order the part items on my 2012 Ford Focus that I bought from Tom Peck. LIES AND MORE LIES....BROUGHT MY 2005 F150 IN FOR THE AIRBAG RECALL. WAS TOLD I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE AIRBAGS, AND THAT IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. HAD TO PAY ALMOST 300.00 FOR THE REPAIRS. 1 A AIRBAG RECALL. WAS TOLD I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE AIRBAGS, AND THAT IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. HAD TO PAY ALMOST 300.00 FOR THE REPAIRS. 1 AA SENSOR ASY, 1 RPB WIRE ASY. ALL NOT COVERED BY THE RECALL.....THANK-YOU FORD. WHAT GOOD THEN,THE STEERING ON MY 2005 F150 WOULD LOCK UP. I REPLACED THE STEERING PUMP, SAME PROBLEM. WAS TOLD ABOUT THE TSB# 05--9-23 FOR THE STEERING ISSUE BY MY FRIEND. aLSO, ON THE INTERNET, THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE A RECALL, BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY CONCERNS. BROUGHT IT TO TOM PECK FORD. WAS TOLD THE "NEW PUMP CAUSED THE PROBLEM". THAT IS A TOLD LIE. I HAD THE ISSUE BEFORE THE NEW PUMP WAS INSTALLED. THEY TOLD ME THE STEERING RACK, STEERING PUMP,1 TUBE ASSEMBLY,1 HOSE, WHEEL ALIGNMENT IS ALL DEF.. NDS TO BE REPLACED. THAT COSTED ME CLOSE TO 1500.00. I HAVE DECIDED TO NEVER BUY A FORD TRUCK AGAIN. MY SAFETY IS NOT THERE CONCERN. ALSO, FROM MY LIPS, TO MY GOD'S EARS, I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FOR TOM PECK FORD AGAIN.....THANK-YOU FOR THE EXP. FYI, I WISHED I WOULD HAVE SEEN THIS WEBSITE PIOR TO BRING MY TRICK TO TOM PECK FORD.
