Friendly I found this dealership to be very friendly, and relaxed. They advised me before performing repairs to my vehicle and we discussed cost and items be I found this dealership to be very friendly, and relaxed. They advised me before performing repairs to my vehicle and we discussed cost and items being replaced. I was kept aware of all the work being done, and the car ran beautifully afterwards. This is the first time in 8.5 years, that my Ford Focus had had any work done to it...I've only had oil changes and tires replaced... I am a Ford man for life! More

Best Area Dealer and Service I live four miles from a Ford dealership, seven miles (in the opposite direction) from another one and I still drive the 16 miles to have my vehicles I live four miles from a Ford dealership, seven miles (in the opposite direction) from another one and I still drive the 16 miles to have my vehicles serviced at Tom Peck. The quality of service plus the courtesy and professionalism far outweighs the convenience of a shorter drive. More

Flat Tire removal, repair and replacement. Dealer performed tire repair, not clear if puncture plug repair is warrantied in future by tire manufacturer??. AAA road services did the actual tire removal and spare tire install. The Ford furnished lug wrench ( new with truck in 2017) was not adequate to loosen lug nuts. Wrench steel bar bent rather than turning to loosen lug nuts. Luckily there was a State Trooper assisting that had an adequate sized lug wrench. If I was in a Do It Yourself situation I would have been stranded on the interstate roadside. The Ford service contact says that this happens all the time and could not offer any resolution. Ford should provide a wrench with the truck that will function for all known conditions - major issue. More
