The entire staff is incredible at Old Orchard Nissan. . They care and are super friendly.. Especially Service manager Tim and Roland.. Was told a simple oil change in the "Quick Lane" would take two hours, which was fine, except then the two hours turned into six. No one contacted me after two hours to tell me it was going to take much l take two hours, which was fine, except then the two hours turned into six. No one contacted me after two hours to tell me it was going to take much longer. I had to call and find this out. Was told there were "two other big jobs that had come in". Obviously the big jobs were not there when I dropped my car off and they told me two hours. Service desk staff was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. Took my car down the street to the Jiffy Lube instead, where it was done in 45 minutes by friendly and professional staff. Will never bring a vehicle to Huntley Ford again for service. More
