I took my Escape into the Quicklane recently. Galen was very friendly checking me in. They had a little bit of a wait, so Galen offered to give me a ride home and then bring the vehicle to me whe Galen was very friendly checking me in. Recently had a great experience with Huntley Ford. Called and spoke with Libby about a recall notice I got. She said my recall was available for mobile service. I had no idea they even did this! Went to Huntley Ford because I was having some transmission issues. Called to schedule an appointment, spoke with Karina. Brandon was super helpful throughout the process, parts had to be ordered, so my car was there a while. They helped get me set up with a loaner. Work was completed in a decent amount of time.
