The customer service agent was very polite and helpful. I made an appt online which was a very easy process. The day of I actually arrived a bit early and they took my car right in. I recently needed some work done on my truck, I called spoke with Karina. She set up an appointment for me with pick up and delivery. So they came, picked up my truck at work, took it to the shop and fixe spoke with Karina. She set up an appointment for me with pick up and delivery.
