Went in for regular service & he suggested having things flushed & had battery checked & found that it was under warranty & was “near dea & concerns. I brought my 2024 Maverick in because of some failure codes. Adam was very helpful. He got with Mike in maintenance, and he looked at it and figured out what the issue was. They fixed the one item that w codes. Adam was very helpful. He got with Mike in maintenance, and he looked at it and figured out what the issue was. They fixed the one item that was causing the code. And found the cause of the other codes. It was our tow bar braking system wiring that caused the other codes. One he unhooked the braking system all the codes cleared out. I didn’t have an appointment, but they got me back on the road. Would you please thank Adam and Mike for the outstanding service. I called early to see if I could just drop my car off and have "The Works" service performed. I let them know I had errands to run, and they could work on the car at their convenience as I did not want to have "The Works" service performed. They checked over everything, gave me a full report which included letting me know what to expect on my next visit (100,000-mile service).
