They will not even answer questions on price elements repeatedly, even when asked directly. For e.g. "is there a delivery or prep fee added?". The answer is always "come in and we'll discuss it with you". I explained that I live a couple of hours away and need an out the door price before making the trek again (already saw the car on one visit), and they just repeat "when will you come in?" over and over again, ignoring your question and wearing you down with repetition. It's clear they've been coached and they're playing pricing games, which is why they will not put down a price in writing, which any other dealer will do. This is also evident in the reviews. All the 1 star reviews say the exact same thing - for used cars- low prices advertised, then pricing games, significant random fees, pressured sales tactics, etc. All the 5 star reviews say the same words - (mostly) new cars - "professional sales person", "answered all questions", "stress free" etc. ... it's just the same message slightly reworded... The response is always to "call them". Why not just send out a price? Other dealers will do it. Buyer beware. More

Terrible! Do not buy from here! I made an appointment at 12:00pm via phone and email with a vehicle picked out and ready to pay full price with cash in hand. Do not buy from here! Worse yet, the battery on the EV car was completely flat when we arrived and the car was very dirty inside and out. I helped push this car by hand over to the charging station. It's the only car I have ever pushed before I ever even drove it. This is definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This should be very embarrassing for any car dealership, but no one seemed to care. Very disappointed, John More

Bought a used Ford Escape on the way home the check engine light came on called them and they told me that was too bad. This dealer had so many fees added onto the original price. During negotiation, they started to negotiate well, but towards the end, they reversed their negotiation and just started adding cost back on price.
