I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years and have always been treated with the greatest courtesy. I have now bought 2 used vehicles from them and am more than satisfied. Since they only keep the best used cars, I guess that you expect to pay a higher price than for the average car. My only complaint is that their 100+ point inspection can not catch a bad battery because mine went bad in about 3 weeks after purchase. Also, the cruise control did not work but was repaired at no charge after my test ride. My 2002 Towncar is in such great condition that it could easily pass for a 2009 or 10. One other minor problem is that the old factory installed Motorola phone with the Lincoln insignia is analog and does not work but no one knows how to get rid of it without using a lot of time and money. Bottom line, great place and great people! More
The team at Tom Peck Ford, especially Rich Kopczynski, could not have been more straight forward and professional to deal with. The truck I purchased was a 2009 F150 super cab. I was lied to about the warranty and didn't receive a full tank of gas like I was promised. Typical dealership. I was a return Tom Peck customer and this time we were looking at a 2013 Ford Escape; which we ended up buying. The day we showed up on the lot we were promptly greeted by salesman Nathan Shepherd. Let me just say that Nathan did everything possible for us to get into the vehicle we wanted. The finance department did an excellent job of getting us into this vehicle. Nathan Shepherd was great......friendly, professional and helped us to understand our vehicle before taking it home. I would definitely recommend the Tom Peck dealership!!!!!! More
I moved out to the Huntley area from Chicago in July of 2003. As chance would have it, my wife and I needed a new vehicle. We stumbled into Tom Peck Ford of Huntley. After ten years, my wife and I (and several family members) have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership. My family and I also have our vehicles serviced there. The sales staff is polite and professional. They do not push or pressure you into a vehicle that is not for you. Another reason I continue to do business there is the service staff. I have not once in ten years had a misdiagnosed or a duplicate service relates issue with any of the vehicles I or other family members who have brought vehicles there for service. They fix the problem. My wife drives 100+ miles a day to and from work. After ten years, we have never had a breakdown with any of our vehicles that are serviced there, and we were never left stranded on the side of the road for any reason. I would like to thank George and Tony (Service) for their time and patience. Roger was very easy to work with. We test drove different Ford models with different engines and he was very patient and accomadating while we went thru our process of deciding what to buy. He was knowledgable about the product and was generous with his time. I had asked him not to call and pressure us and he did just that. After shopping different dealerships over two and a half weeks we returned to Tom Peck confident that we had made the right decision about what car to purchase but from what dealership to purchase it from. I gave only a rating of "Good" to Customer Service and Quality of Work because they had to order a 2nd faub for us, then they had to program it and my husband said it took about 2 hours. They tested it and it was fine but after my husband used it a couple of times, it was not working properly. More
