We reviewed the price again and still no changes. The Finance Manager made the experience very pleasent as well. In less then 2 hours I was on my way home with a new Ford but not before meeting Tom Peck. What a nice place with nice people that care. Tom told me his door is always open and Mark said the coffee is always brewing. My neighbor told me to check out Tom Peck Ford and I am glad I did. More

On thursday, we had the first winter storm of the year. and i had gotten into a little accident with my car. I went to Tom Peck Ford and was met by Ryan. The price, kinda high, but thats what i get for being stupid and driving out in the storm. The next day, Ryan called and told me my rim was in and they got my car in and out in a hurry. Didn't waste time giving me the run around or anything. Ryan was very professional, and courtious. I will definitely deal with Ryan again and Tom Peck Ford Quick Lane. More
Went looking to buy a brand new Edge and Tom Peck was close to the house.Even after having horrible service with their service dept with my brother's car that was purchased through them I decided to give close to the house.Even after having horrible service with their service dept with my brother's car that was purchased through them I decided to give them a shot. NEVER should have gone back. Tried having my mom release the title on my car without working out payments with me. Then tried telling me that there was going to be a fee because of the "jump title" The car that I wanted I was told there was no way we could get my payment under$500.00 that was the lowest he could possibly go. I asked for Tom to see if they had a similar car without the AWD to see if we could get under the $500. Told me he would call me right back still no call. I ended up going to a different dealership and getting the car I looked at at Tom Peck with more options on it for $5,000.00 less. Worst Experience EVER! More

I bought a trade-in car from this place and after one evening thinking back about my experience I will Some Sales people at this dealership LIE! I bought a trade-in car from this place and after one evening thinking back about my experience I will say that the sales person I dealt with and his manager have a good-cop-bad-cop routine down to an art. They also lied to me on at least 3 occasions - 1) belt tensioners cost $5, 2) 2004 Sienna LE do not have belt tensioners, 3) they fixed a problem about a squeaking belt. Moreover, they do cheap fixes and hope you do not call out their dishonesty. I know dealers are not known to be the epitome of truth and honesty, but my experience at this place was not good. If I had spent more time thinking and verifying all the misinformation I got, I may not have bought the car, but at that moment I did not have a clear head. I want to share my experience so you will be prepared if you choose to deal with them. (Addition) After coming home on Saturday evening, I did not drive the van until Monday morning. However, it could not start. I could hear the alternator ticking, but nothing more. I swapped the new battery with an older one from my other car and the van started smoothly. As I looked closer, the new battery was underrated for the van. It had a CCA of 540 which is way lower than what websites of battery sellers recommend (at least 640 CCA ). They did place a new battery in the car, but were too cheap to spend $19.40 more to get the correct one. I managed to get tom peck ford to replace the battery (as it was under warranty) and had to pay $19.40 to get one of a higher CCA. With these litany of poor service, dishonesty and penny pinching behavior, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. It is not worth taking the risk and getting lied to and cheated. More

Had it shipped to Oregon on the Salesm TOM PECK FORD IN HUNTSVILLE RIPPED ME OFF I bought a car from Tom Peck Ford and it was a Piece of CRAP. Had it shipped to Oregon on the Salesmans promise that it was a GREAT car. Good paint, excellent condition all around. We couldn't find a car here in OR that fit daughters criteria. So we had it shipped. This car has been nothing but heartache since it arrived a month late. Dash is cracked, battery was DEAD, paint is peeling and bubbling and is coming off in huge flakes. Body shop states that this car was in an accident that was not reported on Car Fax. Dealer claims it is all normal wear and tear....and will not fix the issues. They are saying tough luck to a car that they sold. So much for saying they try and work out customer service issues. Please don't make the same mistake we did! Avoid this car lot. AVOID TOM PECK FORD they are just out for a quick buck. Watch your pocket book with these people. More
Bought a car that had some problems at purchase, was told to bring it back and they would take care of it.....at our earliest convenience. Service dept not open on weekends...only oil changes. We have three kids all in carseats along with the baby that arrived shortly after buying the car. Was finally able to take van in 11 months after purchase - there were other problems as well. They refuse to fix the problem they told us to return for since the salesperson didn't write it down. Why should we suffer due to a neglectful salesperson? I will not return. Also have friends who will never return to this location as well for other issues....wish they would have told us before we made the mistake of buying from Tom Peck. Go elsewhere! More
