Was looking at 22 used Raptors, I understood the mark up, but doing my research Huntley Ford was the cheapest in the area, worked with Joe in sales dept, transaction took a bit with my trade value, but ultim but doing my research Huntley Ford was the cheapest in the area, worked with Joe in sales dept, transaction took a bit with my trade value, but ultimately got to my price point and Joe was awesome thru the whole process, Derek in finance was great too!!! 10/31/2022 - Purchased Used 2021 F-150 w/ 16800 miles (advertised online as "Certified" pre-owned vehicle which included 90 Day/4000 mile warranty, 11,000 Ford Pass Points, etc from Huntley Ford in Huntl (advertised online as "Certified" pre-owned vehicle which included 90 Day/4000 mile warranty, 11,000 Ford Pass Points, etc from Huntley Ford in Huntley, IL. 11/23/2022 - Truck Delivered in Arizona (service appointment scheduled for December 13, 2022 in Arizona - earliest appointment possible due to back end of truck feeling like something was loose. 12/4/2022 - 11 Days after receiving the vehicle, rear driver wheel falls off at approx. 75 mph on highway in San Diego, California (tow to local Ford Dealership). 12/5/2022 - Local Ford dealership stated selling dealership (Huntley Ford) must have improperly installed tire since wheels don't just fall off trucks for no reason. Since - Dealer blamed someone attempting to steal tire (each wheel has a lock on wheel so people can't steal tires & checked security footage at residence & no one seen tampering w/ wheel). Dealer then blamed transporter (transporter advised they would never touch wheel, have no need to, never have w/ any vehicle, reviewed security footage & found nothing). Tried calling 6+ times to speak with GM of Huntley Ford - NO RESPONSE. Tried speaking w/ a manager, Jay, where he hung up on me mid conversation. Huntley Ford was last company to perform maintenance on my truck, & 600 miles later, wheel eventually fell off, less than 2 weeks of me having the vehicle. This could have killed me, my entire family in the vehicle, & others on the road, & Huntley Ford does NOT care that they sold me an unsafe vehicle. Huntley Ford mechanics were negligent in installing that wheel incorrectly, & could have killed my entire family. This is absolutely unacceptable, & Huntley Ford is responsible for repairs. Also purchased a Protection Package for 84 months, now Huntley Ford is saying package is only for 12 months. This is not what was agreed to & not the contract I signed. Huntley Ford committed fraud & misrepresented the truck I purchased by stating it was certified. More

This dealership has the most deceptive people I have ever encountered in my life. Go in there knowing every word is probably a lie. Need to get line item numbers, they are clever with hiding fees & cost sh encountered in my life. Go in there knowing every word is probably a lie. I like Ford dealers. The F&I guy was great. Used car Salesman very poor. $8500 markup on top of price, didn’t tell us about missing key, and had to do their financing to The F&I guy was great. Bait and switch is what they do best! I would stay far away from this shady dealership!! We drove two hours to come look at a car there and it was a complete joke!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They promised they’re going to call you back and they never do. I waited over a week. I made several calls back and again they don’t have anybo life. They promised they’re going to call you back and they never do. I waited over a week. Two weeks go by I finally get a call from a salesman named Gunter or something like that and he was nothing but rude, so very rude I had to hang up on him. He was so disrespectful too with yelling. He sat there and argued with me on the phone and it’s like are you kidding me!? They had the nerve to tell me that they deal with the people that come into their place of business to sell vehicles to and they don’t care about the people that call on the phone from out of state because they’re not there in person. This place needs to be shut down. Maybe it will be after they realize that they’re nothing but a crappy dealership and everyone will go elsewhere to buy their vehicles. More

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! !!!!! NEVER COME HERE! We were sold a 2018 Infiniti with less than 70,000 miles that the manufacturer would no longer cover under warranty! Why you !!!!! NEVER COME HERE! We were sold a 2018 Infiniti with less than 70,000 miles that the manufacturer would no longer cover under warranty! Why you ask? Because the previous owner failed to keep up the maintenance on the vehicle, and that caused engine damage that could not be fixed. Well needless to say, we returned the vehicle before 30 days, but not without a fight or a $1500 cost! We spent 6 hours at the dealership being told by the "GM" that we couldn't get our money back. He even tried to put us in another Infiniti with the exact same issues! When I asked to speak with someone above him, he became upset! I asked him why did he need to keep leaving the room to go check on things if he was "the man?" And that really made him mad!!!! He said we couldn't get out of the deal because they already paid the taxes and registration, so I called his bluff and asked how much and I will pay it! He comes back and said it was $2200. I told him we weren't going to pay that, but we will pay the $1500 to avoid paying $44,000. Which was double the bottom line! Do your homework before buying ANY USED VEHICLE! CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND VERIFY THAT IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY OR CAN AT LEAST BE COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.. More
