Pleasant and On Time Had my car in for a protection package that came with the purchase. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the original Sales reps Chris and Roger and then so Had my car in for a protection package that came with the purchase. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the original Sales reps Chris and Roger and then some. Had a little glitch with the loaner car but they resolved it and had me on my way home. Then the car was ready on time, in fact, the service department called me to let me know my car was waiting, and I was already in the lot. Talk about timing :-) More

Chris worked with me up to and past closing time with success in getting me into a "Pre-Certified" ford Explorer that I named Thor. What a dream vehicle this is turning out to be. Chris showed me several vehicles before he found this gem that was with-in my price range. Then I was worried that financing was to be a problem, and Chris never doubted that this car was meant to be mine. He made the whole experience less painfull. Kudos to Chris, Kudos to Roger and MOST OF ALL KUDOS to TOM PECK for having a great team on his staff in a Clean and inviting establishment. I started as a Customer in their superb Service Dept. when I moved into the area some time ago, and now I am a loyal customer to the entire operation!!! More

Beware of Tom Peck Ford "tricks" to increase profits!! Our purchase of a great car from Adam Korzeniewski turned sour after we drove home and reviewed the sales papers we had signed. Adam told us all cars needed to have the Vin number etched on all windows. But the paperwork we took home with us stated that the etchCARE was "optional" and Tom Peck Ford had charged $299 plus tax for this. We Googled "etchCARE scam" and discovered that unscrupulous dealers will scam customers into paying for Protection Packages like paint and fabric protection, nitrogen fill in tires, etchCARE, etc,etc. These are worthless and simply are a tricky way to get the customer to pay more. Most dealers are trustworthy and deal with the public in an honest manor. BUT, if you buy or have bought from Adam Korzeniewski at Tom Peck Ford be very wary of tricks and deceit served with a grin. So all who think Adam has given you an honest deal-- go back over your paperwork and you may not be so happy with your purchase. More
