Absolutely the worst experience with a dealership, ever. Abe was arrogant and deplorable. A used car stereotype in a clown suit from the 70's. Ready to buy a specific car today. Told them the same. If we Abe was arrogant and deplorable. A used car stereotype in a clown suit from the 70's. Ready to buy a specific car today. Told them the same. If we can make a deal, we will buy today. It was a layup for them. $22,820.00. Called to make sure the car was available. It was. They scheduled an appointment with us. They called us at 3:24 to make sure we were still coming. We were. We arrivedd at 3:35. First...the car was going to cost $1,000 more than advertised. 2) it wasn't there. It was getting detailed at a location 10 minutes away. I spoke to Abe, the Manager. He told me it would be there in 10 minutes. By this time it was 4:04. 3) At 5:00 the car was there..oops, wrong car. 4) At 5:15 car arrived. We had been renting the exact car for three weeks because our Camry was totaled. We liked the rental and elected to buy the Fusion instead of another Camry. Again, it was a layup for them. We test drive the car. Great. Some damage on the rear bumper. Fix the bumper and make the price what was advertised on the internet and it's a deal. Abe wanted us to agree to pay $23k and he would fix the bumper. No. Then he moved some chairs around and wanted us to pay $$23,200.00. for a car originally listed at $19,995+- on the internet. Abe never got out of his chair at the big desk he sat at. He played his salesperson and Abe was an embarrassment to reputable salespeople. We finally said, "Buh, bye." at about 6:10. It was a layup for Huntley Ford and Abe banged it off the front of the rim. What a schmuck if a dealership. More
They show low price online but actual cost is much higher than dealers who sell the same car at higher price. Why? They add on so many fees, 22k SUV should be less than 25k with taxes and fees, they came bac than dealers who sell the same car at higher price. Why? They add on so many fees, 22k SUV should be less than 25k with taxes and fees, they came back with a number of 36k. They claim you need to pay for nitrogen already in tires $800, pay delivery free of $1,200 twice because suv is "good deal" tell you taxes are higher than they actually are. They showed me tax of $2,400 on 22k car, and my trade in that reduces taxable amount by 10k, 12k taxable amount by law is just under $1,200, and not $2,400. They of course corrected that for legal papers i signed at the end where they can't lie, but I missed it since the guy convinced me that's how taxes work now and can not be avoided. So they end up reducing your trade in value by doing so, and I should of paid more attention but I was just tired arguing over bogus numbers they were giving me for hours. Then they try adding more stuff you need such as $4,000 for rust proofing etc. So at the end of the day you should stay away from this dealer, they're most dishonest I've dealt with. They try adding so many fees that if you eliminate half of them you feel like you're getting a deal because they convince you that you are the luckiest person to get such a deal, you'll regret it after you've gone through all papers again. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROMHERE!!! They are crooks! I DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!!! They are crooks! I purchased a “certified” (lies) luxury vehicle and the next day I brought it back to have the DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!!! They are crooks! I purchased a “certified” (lies) luxury vehicle and the next day I brought it back to have the trunk opened because they didn’t know how to open it and showed them that the visor was broken. They advised me to use gorilla glue or wait until the warranty kicked in but may not want to because of the deductible. When I went to get plate frames the manager pointed out that there was a huge bulge in my tire and my front brakes and rooters needed charging within a month. The next month (2 months after purchase) I purchased my rooters $250 each and brake pads took my car for an oil change (that was due) and an air filter charge (also due) and all 4 of my run flat tires were dangerously on the verge of a blow out. All 4 tires were worn on the inside (so the dealership knew it and hid it! Only way to see the worn tires was to have the car lifted up). I called the dealership explained the situation to Joe Johnson that sold the vehicle to me. He transferred me to the Manager Sayf Altarawneh who only made things more relevant that they are a sham! Sayf lied saying that tires were checked and visor was known to be broken and fixed LIES!!!!! Sayf said he would speak to the general manager and call me back NEVER HAPPENED! Within 3 months of purchasing the vehicle I had to buy: 4 new tires (over $700) 2 front rooters and brake pads (parts over $500) (labor over $300) Air filter replacement & oil change (over $200) All this from a single parent mother that was taken advantage of by these lying crooks at Huntley Ford!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS! THEY PREY ON PEOPLE! More
