Terrible Service... was humiliated will never return I purchased a lease from Tom Peck Ford in 2015. My lease was up in May of this year. I received a pre-approval letter directly from Ford 3 weeks pri I purchased a lease from Tom Peck Ford in 2015. My lease was up in May of this year. I received a pre-approval letter directly from Ford 3 weeks prior to me going into Tom Peck yesterday. Upon my arrival at the dealer who I worked with 3 years ago he was busy and another saleman helped me. I made it known prior to them my credit was not at its best as it was 3 years ago. Shortly after I was told by the finance manager that they would not help me and to "bring everything current and come back in 3 months and we can beg Ford to let you keep my car." I felt like I was being scolded by credit karma and felt so little sitting in my seat. They did not even try and help me and just said my credit would need to be fixed first. I find that funny because the application was not even submitted to Ford directly and just an inquiry was pulled because I left and went to Bull Valley Ford and they submitted to Ford and they approved my loan for a 2018 Escape and kept my payment around what is was on a the lease I was returning that I got from TOM PECK FORD. The delivery of what they told me was so unacceptable and so degrading. I have no one to blame for my credit issues but myself.... fully aware the staff did not handle it professional. I will never return there and very upset by how all this turned out with Tom Peck Ford. I will be happy to report, I did get a loan directly through Ford (same day) and drove off the lot with a fully loaded 2018 escape. Tom Peck Ford didn't want my business...... but Bull Valley Ford, Woodstock, IL did. I was treated like a real customer should have been treated. More

I was given the information I needed to make the perfect decision on a used instead of a new car. It fit the financial and performance goals I had in mind. I was not pressured one way or the other and they encouraged me to take it to my own mechanic/body shop to be inspected over an above their inspection. It was in great condition and they worked with me to coordinate a closing time that met my needs. I was greeted by everyone who worked there and even chatted with the dealership owner today. Fantastic Car Buying Experience It was time for me to replace my 10 year old Ford Fusion, and I enjoyed driving it so much, I knew I wanted another Fusion for my next vehicle. I did an online search to find a like-new, low mile version, and Tom Peck Ford had just the one I wanted, and it was a fully loaded Titanium version as well. I emailed the dealership looking for their best price, and Gary responded quickly with a fair price. It was clear to me that their staff was intent on making a deal, and were not going to waste my time. I took a test drive that same day, and after I left, I knew I wasn't going to need to look anywhere else. I came back on the weekend, and they were ready to go. There weren't any last minute surprises or bait and switch tactics. I got in and out about as quickly as one could expect when buying a car. I have been very satisfied with my purchase so far. My parents will soon be in the market for a new Ford, and after sharing my experience with them, they plan on making Tom Peck their first stop. More

I believe that it is always tough to say Goodbye to an "Old Friend". Nevertheless, the experience of getting my new vehicle was a positive one overall. The Sales Consultant (Chris H) was friendly, helpful, personable, and professional. The Business Manager (Bob D) was easy to work with and talk to. The Front Desk was nice too. When we first saw this particular 08 Toyota FJ Cruiser, our sons heart was set on it. We too were impressed with the quality and presentation of the vehicle. Aside from a minor issue the dealership was more than happy to address for us. From the moment Tom M. introduced himself, offering us an opportunity to test drive said vehicle as a family, to the ongoing conversations over the next week, his professionalism was a out of the ordinary for a dealership. This professional approach and sincerity extended to Mike Z., Tom's supervisor, to Roger S., and finally, Bugs., all members of Management and the Finance team members respectively, From Day 1, to when we arrived to review and sign documents on 1/31/17, to the moment we exited the dealership at 945pm, the experience was unexpected from a dealership.
