Flat Tire removal, repair and replacement. Dealer performed tire repair, not clear if puncture plug repair is warrantied in future by tire manufacturer??. AAA road services did the actual t Dealer performed tire repair, not clear if puncture plug repair is warrantied in future by tire manufacturer??. AAA road services did the actual tire removal and spare tire install. The Ford furnished lug wrench ( new with truck in 2017) was not adequate to loosen lug nuts. Wrench steel bar bent rather than turning to loosen lug nuts. Luckily there was a State Trooper assisting that had an adequate sized lug wrench. If I was in a Do It Yourself situation I would have been stranded on the interstate roadside. The Ford service contact says that this happens all the time and could not offer any resolution. Ford should provide a wrench with the truck that will function for all known conditions - major issue. More
