I schedule an appointment to see this 2019 Lincoln MKC online and Joe Johnson took care of me. He didn’t let me leave without making a Great deal. Great Experience - Did not purchase a vehicle I drove 50 miles to visit this dealership as they had a specific vehicle I was looking for. I was greeted promptly and saw Joe, Sales Consultant almos I drove 50 miles to visit this dealership as they had a specific vehicle I was looking for. I was greeted promptly and saw Joe, Sales Consultant almost immediately. We went over a few options on both Used and New. He was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. The car I was looking for was a loaner vehicle and was not on the lot. Joe helped me test drive a similar vehicle. Since the car I was looking for was not new, the sales manager was willing to find a similar one in the area. I did not purchase the vehicle yet as I am exploring my options with other dealerships. Overall very good experience. More
This dealership has very very poor service skills. From the moment I called my experience Was negative. I was inquiring about a specific vehicle and the sales representative Carina, had this attitude as if the moment I called my experience Was negative. Long story short they forced me into coming to the dealership and setting up an appointment Because they refused to do business over the phone. I am an emergency medical laboratory scientist that works with covid patients on a daily basis and am trying to have as little contact with people as possible for their safety and mine. I also live over 50 miles away but was told we can make a deal and must come in. I get there and the car was not ready to be shown, nobody is wearing a face mask and we must wait for them to find the vehicle and pull it around. why did I make an appointment? The sales associate Peter took a call in the middle of our appointment directly in front of us and told us to wait. We took the vehicle for a short drive to come back to the office where our sales rep Peter and another colleague were sitting back congregating In our office having us to wait some more. Lastly I ended up having to walk away over a $3000 difference and they lost over a $31,000 sale. We left and on the way home realized they didn’t give me back my debit card. I brought my experience to the sales manager about service And he responded with fursure” with a Smirk. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from leadership. Having hard time for making a purchase I purchased a used 2017 Nissan SUV which came with 2 keys and remote start on 2/1/2020. Due to check engine light I wasn't able to use remote start an I purchased a used 2017 Nissan SUV which came with 2 keys and remote start on 2/1/2020. Due to check engine light I wasn't able to use remote start and was hoping it'll be fixed asap as promised at the time of purchase and dropped off my vehicle on 2/8/2020 and got a loaner as I am 150 miles away from dealership. Everything was fixed but they weren't not able to test the remote start as I was told that the second key they originally provided with the car at the time of purchase doesn't belong to it and remote start too on 2/20/2020. When I asked them to fix this up, both sales person and used car manager told me to pay extra for both second key and remote start. The car is still at the dealership. So far I made 3 trips(150 miles one way) to purchase the car on 2/1, drop off for service on 2/8 and drop off second key along with remote start to get it reprogrammed by dealer after fixing up a faulty ECM(done by nearby Nissan) on 2/14. This is getting hard and hard as I already tried 3 times calling since morning to speak to a general manager and owner and still awaiting for a call back. More

I was looking to buy a used car . I found a great Lincoln the salesman Greg was great we worked hard to make my car purchase happen. Just wish we could have negotiated a little more on price.
