They are the epitome of what you fear in used car salesman. I was ready to pay sticker price on a 2019 F450 in cash. They are not in the business of selling cars: they are in the business of gouging people. They just use cars as a tool to do it. They will bend you over. I called as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning (9am) asked to speak with a with a sales person about an out the door price on a car so that I can pay cash for it, was told that they are too busy o (9am) asked to speak with a with a sales person about an out the door price on a car so that I can pay cash for it, was told that they are too busy on Saturdays that they wouldn't call back until Monday because they prioritize walk in customers on the weekends. Dishonest and sleazy - I went in prepared to buy a 2019 Ford F150 Raptor. I stood outside looking at inventory and was not greeted by anyone, I had to find someone inside for help. The truck's sticker wa Ford F150 Raptor. I stood outside looking at inventory and was not greeted by anyone, I had to find someone inside for help. The truck's sticker was $71k, I was trading in my truck for $25k, putting down $6k. So after taxes you would expect the price to come down to roughly $44k, NOPE!! my out the door price was $67,500. They added on so many unwanted fees and options I did not want that was not negotiable. They just kept pressuring me on how I wanted to finance $67k, they never explained why I could not opt out of the added $23k after my trade in and cash. If I were gullible, they would have stole my truck I was trading in. No deal. When I was trying to walk out of the door they tried selling me their other Raptors in their inventory, their other Raptors in their inventory were "Ford buy-backs" a.k.a. Lemon returns. The only Raptor I was interested in buying was their only "clean" non-lemon returns. This place was worse than your stereotypical used car lots with sleazy salespeople. The following morning I received a call from one of Huntley Ford reps asking how my experience was, LOL! I used words like deceiving, dishonest, hidden fees and the rep stated "We do not operate that way", She then stated I'll have Dimitri (the salesperson that helped me) call and go over the numbers I was not agreeing with. I told her that I will expect his call. Fast forward 2 days.....still no call from Dimitri the salesperson, or any other person from sales to explain their math. I've never owned a Ford product, pretty sad that this dealer gives a bad representation of Ford. Buyers beware, the other reviews like this are legit. They attract you with a good online price, but then add on over $20k in nonsense. I would have given them zero stars if that were an option. More

Crooks - came in regarding a certified 2020 Explorer xx. The truck was not certified and if I wanted it to be I had to pay $4k to above the listed price to do so. After spending nearly an hour and a half negotiating and on a price and payment we decided to go through and finance. I told the salesman I wanted my credit ran twice. Once with Capital One who my current loan was with and one additional bank to check rates. I watched him go into the finance mangers office (I believe saytif was his name) and relay the message. Low and behold I get notifications on my phone that it was sent to 8 different banks. The Finance Manager states that the info wasn't relayed and I know that is a crock of xxxx. The principal was that I asked then not to do something and regardless they did it anyways. Afterwards the payment increased $40 per month than what we agreed upon. After nearly walking out they were able to "see what they could do" and got it back to around the same price...imagine that. Then when I get to the car it had a half a tank of gas when I paid to have it certified and as part of that was to include a full tank. They will nickel and dime you any way they could and I will never buy another car from them. I'll be calling the credit bureaus and letting them know they are sending out unauthorized inquiries. More
