(Long review alert) I ended up with a car I like but the experience was honestly terrible for the following reasons: 1. An obvious defect was found on the vehicle while I was looking at it. I asked multiple times about it, receiving reassurance each time. When I finished with financing, the issue was not resolved. They said it might be an expensive fix and to call them if I needed help getting it taken care of. (They know i live 4 hrs from the dealership). They had a ford "expert" come out and tell me this after I signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, which was my fault. Should have waited to sign until it was fixed 2. I was told they would reset the automatic settings from the previous owner on the seat pre-sets and trunk door. Didn't happen. 3. When I said I didn't want the warranty the salesman got noticeably angry that I wanted money off the purchase price instead. Unprofessional. 4. The finance manager gave me the worst loan option first and wouldn't have told me about the better options had I not asked. It was significantly worse regarding monthly payment, down payment, length of loan, and percentage rate. 5. A tire went flat a few miles down the road and I had to fill it up with air. This should be a standard check when something is leaving the lot. It held air fine after that. 6. They left the tank half full. 7. Overall I could tell they were rushing me, even when the whole 3.5 hr appointment mostly consisted of us waiting on him to grab us from the lobby. He would rush past difficult questions and avoid giving full answers. Overall, terrible experience. Sorry for the long review, hopefully it deters someone away from this cesspool of unauthentic stereotypical used car salesmen. I like the car though... even if it's broken a little. More

They are in clear violation of 475.310 Section 475.310 Advertised Price It is an unfair or deceptive act to advertise the total price of a motor vehicle without including in the advertised price all costs to the purchaser at the time of sale , or which are necessary or usual prior to delivery of such vehicle to the purchaser, including any costs of delivery, dealer preparation and any other charges of any nature; provided, however, taxes, license and title fees and a documentary service fee, as defined herein, may be excluded from the advertised price if clearly disclosed in the advertisement that these costs are excluded from the advertised price. Purchasers shall be able to purchase all vehicles described by the advertisement at the advertised price. They advertise a truck for one price, come out with a sheet of paper that shows some BS market value and then the next line how much they are discounting off that market value to reach their, above market value price, and by the time they are done adding all the things that SHOULD be disclosed according to the advertising law, they are $16,000 above their advertised price, Then the sales guy gets angry when you refuse to buy into the insurance scam, and even worse request a credit card to make an offer, THEN hold your keys and credit card hostage when you are not making a deal. Top it off you cannot use your own financing!!! More

Of course when I get there the only allocation they have, they want $30k over sticker, doesn’t even have all the bells and whistles. Typical of these Chevy and ford dealerships right now to squeeze every penny they can get out of the mustangs and corvettes. Just wish all their sales staff knew of markups before I waste my time coming in just to get me in the door. More

After I told him multiple times I did want to add any additional services , he added these services ( over $5,000) to my final sale . He never showed me the bill of sales and assure me he didn’t include anything I didn’t want . Well they were very sneaky about not going over the paper work like most dealership do , nor did they do a breakdown of the total amount . I get home with a closed envelope and to my surprise all of these ridiculous fees were added after I had said NO a million times . This is so disrespectful to the consumer . Went the following day to the dealership and took a day off from work just so he could remove the additional services I said no to ! This dealership is a scam ! It is by far the worse dealership I have ever been to . Now, less than a year later , my AC is not working and they refuse to take my call . Please save your self time , money , and stress . Do not go to this dealership ! More
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. long story short, I brought in a vehicle to trade in on one of their f150s. They offered me 39,000 for my trade in which was $10,000 lower than their own website estimate as well as an appraisal from another dealer. I negotiated them back up to giving me the $49,000 it was worth, so I thought. What I did not realize, was that they just made up $5,000 in bs fees and an illegitimate “certification” for another $5000 dollars. They did all of this to cover the extra money they “gave me” for my trade. They deceitfully had me sign only the last pages of all documents, gave me no bill of sale, and put all of the documents on a flash drive so I could not see them until I got home. I had to go back the next day and return the vehicle. After 2 hours of arguing with with the salesman Joon and their various managers, I went back home in my old vehicle. They refused to own up to what they did, and were very condescending. On top of this, I forgot my iPass in their vehicle, and they have racked up $40 in tolls before I reported it stolen. Never again. More

Last September I tried to buy a used car from this place. They tried to add several thousand dollars in add on packages and costs to the publicly advertised price of the car. They also tried to interest me in a similar car but I had checked the Carfax on all the 2020 Escapes they had and this second car was a lemon buyback. The salesmen knew nothing about this or the fact that IL permanently notes on the affected car's title that it is a lemon, thus lowering the value of the car forever. I decided to give them another chance last week since they had another car that caught my eye. Sure enough, it was another lemon according to the Carfax with no mention in the rest of the ad. Just what I need, a car with a possibly unfixable collision warning system as I drive down the road, confident that the safety features Ford has put in the car but they may not even function. Shop anyplace but here. Taking the bus would be safer since they do not make an obvious disclosure when their used cars are lemon buybacks and possibly unable to be repaired. More
