Bait and switch!!! Don't believe the online advertised price!!! Drove over 4 1/2 hours to buy a 2019 f350 advertised price of $73k ....by the time they undervalued my trade by $8k (offered $20000 kbb fair value $28000) and their reconditioning fees of over $5000...yes you read that right $5000 for reconditioning and regular taxes the price was right at $90000!!! After 20 mins of back and forth they went to $81000. So essentially took off their fees but still was offering not near fair value for my trade! Please for your sake don't believe any of the 5 star reviews on here. I don't know where they came from unless they were paid or are family members of people that own it or work there, and again don't believe their online prices they don't mean a thing! More
This dealership screwed my boyfriend out of $9000, sold him a car with electrical problems & is now refusing to help at all. “take it to a mercedes’ delearship” is what he was told. not only are they disr him a car with electrical problems & is now refusing to help at all. “take it to a mercedes’ delearship” is what he was told. not only are they disrespectful & rude for the way they bluntly spit in his face but even when i called to ask how driving less than 1000 miles decreases the value by over $3500, the lovely financing manager hung up on me. they also marked the car he traded in up over $6000 & did no work to it AT ALL. i could not imagine working with such awful people, nor could i imagine feeling good knowing i took $9000+ out of a 25 year old man’s pocket who was nothing but respectful. Complete "bait and switch". Talk about sticker price the whole time and then they hit you with a $5000 "market adjustment". Just avoid this place. It's not worth your time. whole time and then they hit you with a $5000 "market adjustment". Just avoid this place. It's not worth your time. More
Our salesman Mike was absolutely patient and willing to help my husband and I with a new truck. Our first encounter with another salesman was not what we had anticipated, but Mike turned our experience com help my husband and I with a new truck. Our first encounter with another salesman was not what we had anticipated, but Mike turned our experience completely around. He was polite and willing to work with our budget. More importantly, he took my husband and I seriously which is very hard to find when you are a young couple looking for a new car. We will definitely be coming back to Huntley Ford for any of our future purchases. We would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone looking to do business with Huntley Ford. More

The Huntley Ford experience deserves a ZERO unfortunately, the lowest score available is a one. First, the prices advertised are just a teaser to get you in the door. Then the misery begi unfortunately, the lowest score available is a one. First, the prices advertised are just a teaser to get you in the door. Then the misery begins…added services and charges in our case, mandatory Huntley package and reconditioning fee would add over $4500 to the listed price. Then 70’s style hardball sales tactics to negotiate a price…we fought thru it all to agree on what I considered a fair price which did not include those fees. After a few days of not being communicated with, I was finally able to schedule my car's pick-up. Sayf and Adrian were off that day so they told me the paperwork would be emailed…and when it arrived to my shock a $12,500 fee had been added. After a great deal of effort and chasing on my part, I was able to get them to redo the paperwork with the correct numbers we originally agreed on. No apology or remorse for their “Mistake”. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Sleazy, sneaky very shady. Buyer beware!!! Don't show you any paperwork with the numbers. Smooze you and shove papers in front of you to sign. They say they put the paperwork on a USB. When you get home and any paperwork with the numbers. Smooze you and shove papers in front of you to sign. They say they put the paperwork on a USB. When you get home and review USB you realize how they cheated you. They add extras that were not approved by me and that added an extra $4000. No customer service. Can't reach anyone! Won't return calls, emails, or text messages. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Run for the hills. Do not do business with them. You will regret ever going to Huntley Ford. More
Guess what Huntley Ford IL, dealership gave us for Veterans Day! *UNPROFESSIONALISM, DECEPTION, AND A WEEKENDTIMEWASTER!* After speaking with the Huntley team member Julia (nice), Victoria (rude Veterans Day! *UNPROFESSIONALISM, DECEPTION, AND A WEEKENDTIMEWASTER!* After speaking with the Huntley team member Julia (nice), Victoria (rude), Abe and Jay for over a week trying to set up an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Friday evening, I received a call from the Huntley team confirming our appointment was set for Saturday at 1:30 PM. I was also told that Jay would be ourselves person. I confirmed that we had our tickets and we will be flying in from NC and that we were serious buyers! My husband and I flew one way from NC to IL (972 mi). We arrived at Huntley dealership at 1:20pm. We were greeted outside by a random sales person (former Marine) which was great because we we're veterans also and it sort of put me at ease knowing that we would be in good hands. After the sales person asked me for my license and phone number to look me up in their system, (because the vehicle was linked to my name) he then my name he danced up a way to go get the vehicle. Upon his return he sat down on it to tell us that the vehicle we came to purchase had just been so 10 mins prior. Then the communication breakdown begins! 1st, everyone we spoke with Abe, Julia, Victoria and Jay New we were coming from North Carolina by flight we were never asked if we needed a courtesy ride from the airport pfrom the airport. Secondly I was offered another higher price vehicle that I was not interested in buying. So, my husband and I went to speak with aid the manager for him to only tell us that he had 35 appointments listed to come in that day and he could not help helple us. As a supervisor myself, I know there is some accountability for how your organization functions. As a manager, you're supposed to have a pulse on all of your areas. In this case, a solid manager should be be conducting daily and weekly sales meeting with his/her staff to prior to opening and face the daunting task of balancing the daily workload and cross referencing with the Internet sales people. This provides the salesperson with accurate floor traffic control. At the same time, as the manager, you’re a frontline leader-the first reflection of your organization-and you need to ensure you are meeting the organization’s goals and values (clearly not, because I read the Huntley Ford’s mission statement and values). This leaves me to believe that this is part of their normal business practice. What I failed to do was read the reviews of the dealership, because they were accurate! Although each section functions differently, it is still the manager’s role to make the dealership run smoothly. Organizational success depends on the manger to execute this function well and help ensure staff are competent. The manager also told us that he had 35 appointments daily. This clearly tells me that the manager was not in tuned with his areas because the internet salesperson and the 2 floor salesmen should have caught the double booking of appointments. For the salesperson to tell us that the vehicle was sold 10mins before our appointment, leaves me to believe that the customer was there 1-2 hrs before us (because you have to test drive the vehicle and do the financing). This clearly can’t happened in 10min. In short, I would have been ok if the internet salesperson or the manager had called the night before to inform us the vehicle was sold, instead confirming that we we're going to make the 1:30 appointment. We would have then had the option to cancel our flights. A fair remedy, in my assessment is for Huntley Ford Dealership or Ford Motor Company to find us a vehicle that is comparable in price and color to include delivery which would offset our roundtrip flight costs to and from home and had no transportation, no family/friends support during Veteran’s Day holiday weekend plunged us into an emotional state of being was the lowest emotional point. We will be waiting for a response to resolve this horrendous situation. MORE IMPORTANTLY, THIS REVIEW IS FOR FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. More
