Just want to say that I had a pretty good experience with this dealership and no doubt will recommend to all my family and friends. I went into this thinking they will deviate from the advertised price like this dealership and no doubt will recommend to all my family and friends. I went into this thinking they will deviate from the advertised price like most dealerships, but that was surprisingly far from the truth. They understood how important this buy was to me. They couldn’t have been more professional. Thank you. More

They also tried to interest me in a similar car but I had checked the Carfax on all the 2020 Escapes they had and this second car was a lemon buyback. The salesmen knew nothing about this or the fact that IL permanently notes on the affected car's title that it is a lemon, thus lowering the value of the car forever. I decided to give them another chance last week since they had another car that caught my eye. Sure enough, it was another lemon according to the Carfax with no mention in the rest of the ad. Just what I need, a car with a possibly unfixable collision warning system as I drive down the road, confident that the safety features Ford has put in the car but they may not even function. Shop anyplace but here. Taking the bus would be safer since they do not make an obvious disclosure when their used cars are lemon buybacks and possibly unable to be repaired. More
I called from Oregon on a Black GMC that was saw on autotrader I was already prequalified with my bank but they wouldn’t sell the truck unless I financed with them. So I did and told I would fly out th autotrader I was already prequalified with my bank but they wouldn’t sell the truck unless I financed with them. So I did and told I would fly out the next day they told me the truck was perfect and ready to go. I show up and the truck had been a wreck that they tried covering and it looked awful. I left had to fly back to Oregon before I left since I had flown so far I asked the manager to discount the price some and he wouldn’t. The horrible attempt to repair it was blatant a 5 year could have seen the poor workmanship. I was not about to pay 90k for vehicle that had damage. More
Absolutely pathetic. Complete cons, lie almost about everything. They are high pressure over the phone. Sound convincing until you get there. They it all falls apart. Buyer Beware Says you HAVE to buy a MultiGuard package that costed me $2700 that I told them I did not want 5 times. Takes advantage of excited customers, signatures done on a tablet, and gives you a USB that costed me $2700 that I told them I did not want 5 times. Takes advantage of excited customers, signatures done on a tablet, and gives you a USB for you paperwork. They will not return calls or emails trying to disgust my broken truck after 4 days owning it, and getting information about my warranty. Told me I shouldnt have to pay for the expense of it, and now nothing. If you buy from here make sure you know what paper you are signing in the finance department. Never saw any paper that was on the USB drive. Hard lesson learned for me. More
Not up front about actual vehicle price. Very pushy about there finance department, can't show paper work on things they say they've "reconditioned". Very pushy about there finance department, can't show paper work on things they say they've "reconditioned". More
Most disrespectful dealership I have ever been to. I thought the days of xxx salespeople was few and far between but this place, the salesmen admitted the truck was worth 20k but would only give 5k because they had to make a profit. I have purchased many vehicle and own 2 new fords right now. These salespeople and managers remind me of the the salespeople of old ripping anyone and everyone off as much as possible and laughing as they do it. I still like Ford but I will never visit this dealership again. I was not looking for an insane deal just an honest one and it was not with this group. Sad very sad the way they run the dealership trying to just get a payment and screw you over all together. this is a huntley ford culture thing because they go to the so call manager, he sets them to run this type of scam to get a higher payment and screw you out of your money. Dont do business with these people, be educated on what you have, know you credit score, trade value, and never give them any power and always be ready to walk away from crooks like this More

They ra Receptionists we’re rude over the phone, when we got there the car salesman tried to add almost 6000 in other fees onto the price of the car. They ran my credit and set up the loan without telling me what the payments would be or the Interest rate. They did not tell me who the lender was or when it needs to be paid and when I called back to get more info they never called me back. Shouldn’t have gotten the car way to many red flags I feel like it’s going to come back and bite me later. Update: 2/17/22 This dealership has absolutely come back to bite after all I was told the day I was in the dealership that my plates would transfer and come to find out they did not and I received a bill in the mail to cover the additional cost. In the past month since I purchased the vehicle the car started making noise I called talked to John and he told me to take it to GMC dealer to get looked and they would see what they can do to correct the issue. After finding out that the driver side sway bar is disconnected I called and he sarcastically stated well did u have then fix it. Why would I need to get the vehicle repaired already when you sold me an unsafe car! There explanation is they did a safety check and that used cars always will need to be fixed. They told me the car sat for 3 months before I purchased it do you really think they took the tire off and checked the sway bar before I bought it that day I doubt it! I would not recommend this place to anyone I should have followed my gut!! More

After waiting 5.5 months I rearranged my day and did so. I expected to purchase the Maverick for the price on the order\sticker, the MSRP, plus delivery, tax, vehicle registration and a nominal document fee, minus a trade in and a deposit I paid upon order, at a reasonable loan commensurate to my credit rating, which I’ve been told is excellent. Peter informed me of a documentation fee I thought was a little high plus the addition of two programs. One called “All In 1 Protection For Your Vehicle!” by a company called First Authority which consists of tire and wheel protection, paintless dent repair, windshield repair, emergency roadside assistance and key replacement with travel interruption reimbursement. The second included inflation of the vehicle tires with nitrogen, scotch guard on the seats, etching on the windows to aid incase of theft and some other items I can’t remember. All which added more to the cost. I said I didn’t want any of that. Peter had to have that authorized and came back stating I had two choices offered in “Out the Door” prices from his supervisor. He also said, apologetically, “That’s how we make our money”. I chose the cheaper of the two. After waiting for so long for my Maverick and eventually being there for almost 4 hours, which I think is done to wear a customer down, I hoped that was all that was left. I was directed to Sayf Altarawneh to arrange financing. I know Ford wasn’t offering 0% for the loan duration I was looking forward to but I thought it was somewhere between 1.9 to 3 percent. Sayf offered a loan at 4.54% stating further investigations would drop my credit rating giving me the impression going further was a gamble. I didn’t like buying extra services I didn’t want and I didn’t like the way and the rate the financing was offered. All during that time I was told don’t believe the rates you see advertised by Ford. Later I found out that Ford was giving roadside assistance for 5 years or 60,000 thousand miles on my new Maverick, that wasn’t mentioned before. I also learned that Ford has a program offering 2.9% financing for the amount range and time duration I was looking for. Also, the bank they gave me the contract from was offering 2.24 to 3.09% for that same range and duration. I believe Ford did all that they could to keep me abreast of where my Maverick order was, they sent me emails, gave me the ability to check the status of my order and allowed me to get documentation about my vehicle including the sticker. I felt reluctantly guided in the purchase and financing of my vehicle by Huntley Ford. I’ve never been good at realizing that happening to me at the time even though I feel something is not right. I still investigate and when I see the programs offered are something I don’t need but have to acquiesce to purchase my vehicle and only get financing which I believe is more than my credit rating can obtain. I cannot in good conscience, recommend them. I reserved my Maverick and was directed to dealerships that were nearby to initiate ordering and follow through on delivery. Ford did what it was supposed to do, I thought choosing Huntley Ford was a good decision, I don’t feel that way anymore As much as I enjoy my Maverick, the experience was tainted by Huntley Ford. I submitted this as a message to Huntley Ford through their website. 2/7/2022 10:25 AM Received a call from Abe at Huntley Ford. It was a follow up call about how the Maverick was. I informed him of the message submitted to their website. Abe wasn’t aware of it so I explained the contents. He said he would refund the “All In 1 Protection For Your Vehicle!” I paid and see about using a Smart Pay option that Huntley Ford would pay for. He asked to give him an hour. 3:26 PM, talked to a number of people asking to talk to Abe and finally got a reply that he was in a meeting. 2/10/2022 Still waiting to hear from Abe. More
