Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They promised they’re going to call you back and they never do. I waited over a week. Two weeks go by I finally get a call from a salesman named Gunter or something like that and he was nothing but rude, so very rude I had to hang up on him. He was so disrespectful too with yelling. He sat there and argued with me on the phone and it’s like are you kidding me!? They had the nerve to tell me that they deal with the people that come into their place of business to sell vehicles to and they don’t care about the people that call on the phone from out of state because they’re not there in person. This place needs to be shut down. Maybe it will be after they realize that they’re nothing but a crappy dealership and everyone will go elsewhere to buy their vehicles. More
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! !!!!! NEVER COME HERE! We were sold a 2018 Infiniti with less than 70,000 miles that the manufacturer would no longer cover under warranty! Why you !!!!! NEVER COME HERE! We were sold a 2018 Infiniti with less than 70,000 miles that the manufacturer would no longer cover under warranty! Why you ask? Because the previous owner failed to keep up the maintenance on the vehicle, and that caused engine damage that could not be fixed. Well needless to say, we returned the vehicle before 30 days, but not without a fight or a $1500 cost! We spent 6 hours at the dealership being told by the "GM" that we couldn't get our money back. He even tried to put us in another Infiniti with the exact same issues! When I asked to speak with someone above him, he became upset! I asked him why did he need to keep leaving the room to go check on things if he was "the man?" And that really made him mad!!!! He said we couldn't get out of the deal because they already paid the taxes and registration, so I called his bluff and asked how much and I will pay it! He comes back and said it was $2200. I told him we weren't going to pay that, but we will pay the $1500 to avoid paying $44,000. Which was double the bottom line! Do your homework before buying ANY USED VEHICLE! CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND VERIFY THAT IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY OR CAN AT LEAST BE COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.. More
Well handshake deals and talks are out the window with these guys. They said they wanted $5k more now because I didn’t go with their higher rate and Downpayment. Why would I? My bank was better , never in our conversation was it was contingent on financing through them. The rates that came back with were double my rate. Watch for this dishonest dealership. Oh and they didn’t like I didn’t want any of their extras they offer… it was a new vehicle I WOULD have bought. Now I’ll go to a more honest place. More

Abe the sales manager should be fired immediately. He’s tiny joke of a man who couldn’t even get on the phone to explain his tactics. Bait and switch was only exacerbated by condescending remarks and an arrogant sales manager who is an absolute joke named Abe. The owner and GM should be absolutely ashamed at how poorly their staff treat people. I was given 3 OTD prices and each time I agreed they moved the price higher. Abe was so gutless as expected he wouldn’t even get on the phone call to explain his actions. More

I am from out of state and told them we will need to work the numbers before I make a trip from out of state. They said that was against their policy. They said they didn't have the staff to negotiate over the phone or online. Doesn't make sense. It will take less time to work out a deal over the phone then in person. Lame tactic. More
I would go to another dealer fast, lies and deception are their strong points. Told they had a car there on the lot and drove 40 min to go see it. Then said we will bring it to you in the morning between 9 and noon. No show no call. Bait and switch hucksters. Not to mention the 2nd of the 3 calls there I was dealing with such a rude person she even hung up on me but in all fairness the other 2 were perfect and very nice. More
