Sales Person/Joe Vitale/Joeseph Tiso Sales. Service. They go hand in hand. Apparently these 2 "Joes" have written the book on sales and service excellence. I would follow these 2 gentleme Sales. Although our family loves the brand, Joe Vitale has been instrumental in my continued patronage of their dealership. He constantly keeps me informed of my ownership status, and gives me advanced notice of opportunities as they apply to my purchases. Joe V. makes it very easy to buy a car...takes care of the details that, for me, often wind up being an unpleasant task. Joe Tiso has been my go-to contact, for many years, in this dealership's service department. His attention to detail, concern for satisfaction, has made it very easy to obtain service. Even when inconvenienced by a vehicle in service modes, Joe T. is immediately concerned with making the entire service experience a pleasure. Things break. ..no matter what the product. Service, as administered by Joe T., makes it so worth it all. More

Sales staff were great and very helpful in facilitating the lease of my 2017 XC 60. The Huntington Volvo service department on the other hand, are incompetent. I have brought my XC 60 into Huntington Volvo service 3 times within the first 5 months of the lease for a check engine light, faulty breaks, a rear fender that just mysteriously popped out and a defective driver's seat. HV service was able to identify the source of the check engine light and repair it and put the rear fender back in the correct position. The front brakes still don't work properly and the driver's seat back still moves (after 3 attempts by HV service to repair it). I have been told that my seat is more stable "than most other Volvos, so it should be fine". Having to go to HV service 3 times within the first 5 months of the lease has been a huge inconvenience to me and all for a car that sells for more than $45K! More

Outstanding Service I purchased/serviced my car at a different Volvo dealer, but now I live closer to this one so this is where I service my car now. The customer service I purchased/serviced my car at a different Volvo dealer, but now I live closer to this one so this is where I service my car now. The customer service is excellent & you can tell that they genuinely care. Everything is explained to you thoroughly so you understand & know what's being done to your car. Everyone in the service department is friendly & it honestly feels like they know you personally. I'm always satisfied with the quality of work that they do. They're definitely better than my other dealer & when it comes time to buy another Volvo, I'll come to this dealer with no hesitation. 5 stars More

We met Steve Rentz by accident!! Our car hit a pothole on Route 25A and damaged the front driver's rim and tire. The nearest tow was to Volvo of Huntington on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm after service had closed for the day. What could have been the end to an awful day turned out to be as pleasant as was possible. Steve Rentz went out of his way to make sure that we would have transportation home by arranging a loaner and the whole staff made us feel comfortable. We did not lease our 2016 S60 from Volvo of Huntington, but Steve treated us as if were repeat customers. And based on this experience, it might be worthwhile to lease our next car out here, even though we live in Queens. More

In most cases, they usually give the customer a very reasonable explanation of what's happening and what types of repairs will solve the issue. The advisors treat each customer with total respect and caring. The technicians treat the vehicles with the same caring, respect and devotion. They do not perform unnecessary work on any of the vehicles. I've brought my vehicles for service, at this dealership service department, many times. Each time, I've had complete confidence in both the Service Advisor and the Service Technicians. I've not been disappointed at all. My cars have been cared for with expert workmanship. More
