I am not kidding if it is less than 10 times I feel like the car is functioning well, every morning when I have to leave it is usually between 20-40 clicks of the button for the car to open, now most people would say “must be the batter”… but that doesn’t make sense because at the time the car was a year and a half old, and it happened every single time with both keys, so I brought the car to Huntington Volvo to have this issue resolved, they gave me the car back the next day and told me it was a software issue and is now fixed, they were very much wrong! I contacted them back a few months later and explained to the woman who was making my new appt the situation again, and her response was “what is your phone number?” now for a company that claims through their automated that they provide “exceptional” service, I could not believe a simple apology for the matter I was dealing with could exit this woman’s mouth at the same time, so I said “everything I just explained to you are things you claimed were fixed the first time (there was an issue with the sunroof too) so you really can’t say sorry” her response was another “what is your phone number?” so in a moment of shock, after spending $35k+ on a European automobile thinking that I would receive even a shred of empathy when the service provided is up to absolutely no one’s standards seeing that my car was still giving me the same problems, I used an expletive to describe this woman’s attitude, actions and overall demeanor, since then they have REFUSED to take my car in and due the repair they promised me to begin with, when if they would’ve just taken the time to do the right thing and fix it in the first place, this issue would have never come up, since the I have also contacted Volvo of NA multiple times just to have them tell me there is nothing that they can do, as a matter of fact there is, STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT, and make the dealerships that you license your name to stand behind the product as well, as someone who was going to be in the market for a XC60 for my fiancé, I do not feel as if Volvo or any of their local dealers is deserving of my business now, and frankly I would not feel comfortable buying a bumper sticker from them after this experience More

That’s because we love our car and want only the best for it. Our experience with Joe Tiso, has always been nothing less than excellent. We appreciate his level of professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty. Joe keeps us updated every step of the way helps and continues to ensure our vehicle performs in “Top Shape.” I would recommend anyone that cares about superb Volvo car servicing to visit Joe, you will not be disappointed. In addition, there are several complimentary services given at every visit. Your service will begin with the courteous and pleasant valet guys. No stars for the service department. I always feel taken advantage of when I am there, and they completely misidentified the problem with my car. I question the qualifications of the techs and the service advantage of when I am there, and they completely misidentified the problem with my car. They have lost my trust and because of that I will never own another Volvo. More
I now have had 3 Volvos and will not go to any other dealership than Huntington Volvo. From the 2 valets that greet you, Albert and Juan to my favorite advisor, Joe Tiso, the service is better than gre dealership than Huntington Volvo. Left my home at 745 this morning and drove 45 minutes for a service recall on my 2019 S60 as per a call from Huntington service department. When I arrived I was told that there was not a recall on my car but a service recall on my 2019 S60 as per a call from Huntington service department. When I arrived I was told that there was not a recall on my car but they did have the scheduled appointment. I was then told the recall was on a car I had leased and returned a year ago. Ugh ugh ugh someone needs to correct this and delete previous leasers names from your records so that this does not continue to happen. More

I also thought the check in and check out was excellent, very seemless process w the loaner car. Quality of tech work also appears to be very good. My only feedback is the tire pressure was not reset in the computer system, so after seeing the error light i had to determine it wasn't a low air pressure issue and was able to reset myself (after stopping at a station to check the air). The lack of response and service was very poor, and the customer service phone number did not allow you to speak with someone but only referred you to their email address. I finally received the correct item over a week later but it required frequent follow up on my part to ensure I received my order. This was a very negative experience and I would absolutely not recommend volvo dealer accessories or this dealer. More
