I have to admit, not all dealerships are even close to the same. It's the way they treat you and the Sales people really are the face of the dealership. This was one of those good "ones"! Joe is top notch. He has a great personality, never rushes with your purchase , really listens to what your needs are and is very knowledgeable. He is a big asset to Volvoville of Huntington. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Volvo. More

We have owned Volvos in the past and have been extremely happy with their performance. It only made sense to stick with the brand when we were in need of another vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership we were informed it had been sold but that another car had come in the night before. Anthony was truthful and honest when he said he had not seen the car yet and did not know what condition it was in. Before we did anything else Anthony said that this car will go through the shop to determine what if anything the car needs to bring it up to Certified Status..... They did and it was immaculate when we purchased it. Our overall experience with both Anthony AND THE DELEARSHIP WAS seamless and respectful. Thank you. More

This is our fourth pre-owned Volvo. We were searching for a particular T6 wagon and spotted one on Volvoville's website. We placed a call to Mr. Mastroianni and decided that this car sounded exactly lik for a particular T6 wagon and spotted one on Volvoville's website. We placed a call to Mr. Mastroianni and decided that this car sounded exactly like what we were looking for. Mr. Mastroianni came in the next day, on his day off, to show us the car with no guarantee of a sale. That's salesmanship! The car was perfect. He was so friendly to our seven year old son who sat in every car in the showroom a thousand times, gave us a great price, a great trade in...and we walked out with our fifth fabulous Volvo. I was driving by this dealership and saw a Jeep Wrangler out front for sale, so I stopped in to look at it. This was after leaving another dealership very dissapointed by the service. Having the price displayed on the windsheild was a great idea. Anthony Mastroianni met me at the door and showed me the Jeep. Anthony was so so friendly and knowledgable, and in no way pushy. He was very attentive to my needs and questions. After the test drive and talking some more, we started the paperwork. He made the process very easy, with no games or pressure. The finacning could not be easier and they worked with what I wanted. Two days later I picked up the Jeep and so far everything is great! I would highly recommend this dealership and Anthony. More

Anthony M. was accommodating by calling us with updates on securing a new lease for a 2013 Volvo and working on trading in my older Volvo. I went in to have my car serviced, and they told me that 2 of my tires had "dry rot". The tires are only a year and a half old, purchased from the dealer and still under warranty. When I asked them to check the warranty, he said he would call me back. When he called me back, he apologized, and said that they were mistaken, and the tires were fine. The tech was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, however this was the SECOND time that the service department tried to tell me that my new tires were faulty, not realizing that i purchased the tires from them. My car is still under warranty from Volvo, so everything is covered except tires. They tried to scam me, a woman, not once but twice with the same bs story. Totally unacceptable. More
