We went to 4 places and couldnt find anything in our budget without a salesperson trying to convince us to finance over what we could afford. After getting a recommendation to Volvoville we walked in and were greeted right away with Liz not only already knew our criteria needed but she had options! She was kind, knowladgable and treated us like gold (even though we were not there to buy a new expensive car, in fact our budget was quite on the low side and we were beggining to think it wasnt possible). She was truly amazing!! She went through all of our questions (while I snacked on the best bagel Ive tasted in Huntington so far, after moving from Brooklyn Ive been on the quest for the perfect bagel and who would have thought I would find it there in the waiting area!!) and checked every inch of the car with us while assuring us that should we find anything, they would cover the fix at no cost. Danny then expalined to us all our of warrentee options and went through the final steps of costs being just as patient and kind with all of our questions or concerns!! We walked out the door knowing that not only did we find the car (under our budget which still astounds me to this day), snacked on delicious bagels & coffee, and had the greatest experience with a car dealership ever. You can be sure that not only would I recommend them, but that we will be a volvo customer for life! More

I first visited David about 3 months before my lease was up, and he said I only need a week before the lease was up, to get a car. True to his word, I visited again 3 days after the last payment was made o up, and he said I only need a week before the lease was up, to get a car. True to his word, I visited again 3 days after the last payment was made on my lease and by the time I walked out of the showroom, approximately an hour later, David made sure I got what I wanted in my car at the price I was able to afford! I had driven Volvo's from 1988 until 2008, always new and leased. After 20 years I decided to try another Make of car, something bigger, brighter & hipper. In all fairness, I won’t mention the Make or Model, but, I will tell you I couldn’t wait until my lease was up to get back into a Volvo. You just can’t beat the safety, comfort and quality of a Volvo! David and all of his team at Volvoville made coming back to Volvo the wonderful experience I knew it would be! I highly recommend Volvo, David Cohen and all of the staff of Volvoville! I am happy to be home in a Volvo! More
I have used Volvoville for my last 4-5 cars and have been pleased with my salesperson, Peter Fearon as well as their service department. I live quite a distance from them but go the extra miles for security pleased with my salesperson, Peter Fearon as well as their service department. I have a Volvo dealership less than 10 mintes from my house but find their service less than acceptable. I would highly recommend Volvoville to anyone looking for a Volvo. More

Over the email and phone, she put together a list out candidate vehicles that meets my need, which makes the work much easier. She worked with Ron Herring (sale manager) to provide a great price on the vehicle that no other dealership can beat. During testdrive and final delivery, I was shown every aspect of my new car - the interior and exterior features/functions were thoroughly explained. Ron Herring is a master at this business and went above and beyond any dealership manager I have ever dealt with. Ron and his team really know how to do business, they make the customer happy. Usually car buying is a stressful and draining process at most dealerships. Definitely not the case with Volvoville at all! The entire buying process takes only 2 phone calls, 3 emails and 15 mins in dealership. I would strongly recommend Volvoville to anyone! More

This is the closest Volvo dealer to my house. So I was hoping to buy there so that service and follow up would be near my home. I visited the dealer several times and was greeted by a friendly person at the door. That's about where the positivity for me ended. I dealt with a sales person who was the stereotypical car salesman. Telling me what I wanted (an XC90 - R Design) is not really what I need, let me show you what you need. It just happened to be on his lot without the equipment I wanted. Needless to say I got really low balled on my trade in quote. Being an educated consumer I left and ultimately bought my car from somewhere else and I got 1500 more for my trade. More

But in the follow up, when I emailed him for help and direction as I was closer to making the purchase, he didn't respond to my emails. but then later, toward month end, he emailed me several times about "great deals" he had for me, as if we had never spoken and worked together. It was a little strange. He uses email to solicit but then doesn't use it afterwards?? Maybe it was just a matter of he not using email attentively, but I have to say it became a strange and disconnected experience with this dealership before I eventually purchased somewhere else. More
Had to go back to Volvoville to see why my car wasn't picked up at the end of my lease, and returned to the bank. It's just amazing. No one knew who I was, but the way they treat customers is just pitifu picked up at the end of my lease, and returned to the bank. It's just amazing. No one knew who I was, but the way they treat customers is just pitiful. The first person I tried to talk to was talking on the phone to his child and basically ignored me. He directed me to the service department that was closed. Customer service does not exist at this dealership. The arrogance, bitterness and long faces on everyone there is a real treat. I bought three cars from and never ever again. Go somewhere else. More
