We test drove our car twice before purchase and Bernie was very patient in answering our questions and addressing all our concerns. What was also incredible about Bernie is that we were honest in our consideration of other makes/models and he was super knowledgable about all of them and was even honest about which makes/models would suit us as well as the Volvo. We did, very very happily, end up the Volvo XC60- and Bernie spend a considerable amount of time showing us all the features, how to use them and set up the satellite radio for us. He assured us that if we had any follow up questions or concerns to not hesitate to contact him. Bernie also followed up twice with us since our purchase to make sure we were settling in nicely, which we are! Also a note about the dealership as a whole, it's beautiful and everyone we crossed paths with was great!
