Truly Exceptional!!! We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Huntington Volvo. Our sales representative was Ed Ferrari and he could not have mad We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Huntington Volvo. Our sales representative was Ed Ferrari and he could not have made this process go more smoothly. We first became interested in the Volvo XC60 because its dimensions were very similar to our 2006 Toyota Highlander. After looking into it, we were very impressed with the safety features that the car offered. Not only was there a city safety feature which prevents the car from hitting a solid object while driving at 30 mph or less but there was also a pedestrian safety feature which prevents the car from hitting a person or a bicycle going at similar speeds. It is difficult not to purchase a car without these features knowing that they are available. When we visited Ed in Huntington, he gave us a great description of the different features. We told him that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and that we wanted both safety packages described above. He told us that most vehicles are leased and that the pedestrian safety package was not a standard feature in the XC60. In order to get all of the features that we wanted, it was probably necessary to order the car and wait about 3 months for delivery. However, the next day, Ed called to say that he located a car, not only with the features we wanted, but also in the color that we wanted. Ed scoured contacts along the east coast and found a dealer who had ordered a car which was on its way to the United States. Without Ed’s diligence and personal contacts we would not have gotten our car in the same time frame. In addition the price was right and Ed made us aware of promotions offered by Volvo which allowed the deal to happen. We never felt pressured during this entire experience. We only felt that Ed wanted to make us happy and see that we got the car that we wanted. The icing on the cake was our interaction with Shawn Mayers, the finance manager. He made us feel very comfortable with the warranties we chose and we felt no pressure to purchase anything. This was a very big contrast from what we have experienced in the past. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ED FERRARI I came to Huntington Volvo with expectations of seeing the new Volvo S90 up close. I was introduced to Ed Ferrari, who not only showed me the car, bu I came to Huntington Volvo with expectations of seeing the new Volvo S90 up close. I was introduced to Ed Ferrari, who not only showed me the car, but also allowed me to take it for a test drive, pointing out all the new features, including the vision package. Wow! What a Great Experience and what a terrific salesman. I never have done this before, but I bought it on the spot. Ed is truly a gifted salesman. He answered all my questions and did so in a thoughtful manner. I enjoyed my buying experience and feel that Ed was the reason. Joe and Huntington Volvo have earned our repeat business by giving knowledgeable advice without any high-pressure sales techniques. No one knows more about these models than Joe, and we felt he gave us all the tools needed to make a great car purchase. It doesn't hurt that the car (a 2017 XC60) is tremendous! Shawn Mayers also gave us great advice about what financial packages might be right for us and, more importantly, which were not. After bad experiences at other car dealerships, I could not rate this one any higher. More

I normally find car shopping to be a terrible experience, but this time it was different. My salesman was Rick Perlmutter and I worked with him throughout the entire process. He was friendly, helpful, informative and not pushy at all! He and other staff have followed up since the purchase to make sure everything is satisfactory...I so appreciate good customer service. Easiest car buying experience ever! I have bought a used car about every 2 years for the last 10 years. I have dealt with many different dealerships and people in sales and it is almost I have bought a used car about every 2 years for the last 10 years. I have dealt with many different dealerships and people in sales and it is almost never a pleasant experience. No one likes the process of buying a car. I found a vehicle I liked at Huntington Volvo and have been looking at many at other dealerships as well. I called ahead and Michael Sollo in sales had the vehicle running and ready for a test drive the minute I arrived. I spent less than 1 hour discussing my needs and budget. The next day we came to an agreement, I sent in my documentation from home and picked the car up the next day. Shawn Mayers the Finance manager went through the paperwork very quickly and I was out of there in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Huntington Volvo to anyone looking for a vehicle in their lot. Michael and Shawn made this very painless and easy. More
