Michael, I have personally reached out to you several times with no response.. After speaking with your father, I requested the original documents as well as the bank documents be emailed to me for my review which they were.. After careful review of these documents the vehicle price was delivered as signed for by you prior to pickup.. The only fee that was not accounted for was the Connecticut DMV fee which they charge to register the vehicle and of course is non negotiable.. Please also note that when you raised your concern originally I requested you come to the dealership (which you declined)so we can review together and so that I can better help you understand the bank documents as I am familiar with these documents being in the business over 17 years.. That being said, I will reach out to you again on 1/27 before noon to discuss further.. I would appreciate if I am unable to make contact with you please reach out to me at your earliest convene.. Please note that I am completely unaware of the malfunctions of the top or alarm system and would like the opportunity to make the necessary repairs to make sure that all is operating as expected.. Everything was faxed to you. I made it clear to deal with my father directly as I'm currently in Los Angeles. To date the only notes I've received were to drive 2.5 hours to the dealership to talk. As opposed to telling me to drive 2.5 hours to your dealership, you could at least have called my father back. In terms of issues with the hard top and alarm, I asked 5x during my first visit to make sure to understand what the light was for. Your dealership couldn't be bothered to spend 5 minutes to follow the wire from the blue light to the alarm brain. Furthermore, if you're going to charge customers hundreds of dollars for "inspections," you could at least inspect the vehicle. Not one bolt was fastened on the hard top, only loose bolts with no nuts. I don't understand how you explain the hard top almost sliding off at 70mph on the highway. I've been very patient and understand this isn't a new car. The fact is it's sat in a garage since I drove it home and will spend most of it's life there being drive only 2 months a year. At the same time if you're going to treat customers the way I've been treated, don't sell anything but new Volvos.
