The pricing is clear and unambiguous. There are no hidden fees or surprises. The deal is what they say it is the first time, and they've got plenty of cars to show you in the colors you may like. Our salesman, Ed Ferrari is just outstanding. He's a low key, but efficient salesman. He does a great job of explaining options and their cost. We didn't feel pressured to spend money at every turn. He assessed quickly what we were looking for, and didn't try to sell us things he knew we didn't want. Outstanding job. The Manager Bobby Cassidy was exactly the same. Highly efficient without the typical pressure to add options and post-sale services. He simply explained what was available and why we might want it, and left it to us to decide. We did in fact add some things we hadn't planned on purchasing simply because the presentation felt honest, and a good case was made for why the add-on's would make our vehicle more enjoyable. My wife went into the dealership by herself to see how they treated her - she felt immediately felt comfortable wit Rick Pearlmutter was exceptional. My wife went into the dealership by herself to see how they treated her - she felt immediately felt comfortable with Rick - his demeanor was respectful and at no time felt that she was not taken seriously or respected as a potential buyer. She discussed different vehicles and options for about 30mins and had a lease offer drawn up within an hour. The entire experience was so refreshing and dare I say unique, that we were both a little shocked that it was that easy. Our salesman, Eddie Ferrari, was extremely helpful in educating us about the car features as well as the service that Volvo offers. He came in on his day off to deliver the car and spent over an hour explaining each feature to my wife and I.
