I stopped in to see the XC90, but had never thought of myself as a Volvo driver. Joe Vitali simply showed me the cars, chatted at great length to understand what was important to do me; no hard sell. A week or two later, I stopped by for a test drive; a great experience and so different to the VW. That week I called and confirmed my interest; he asked if I could drop the VW in for a brief check, as they would take the car and deal with its return to VW - not what I was expecting and saving time and scheduling. When I arrived to pick up the car (an appointment which was brought forward with great ease) he spent an hour or so explaining the car and its features. Robert Cassidy in the finance team had the paperwork ready and explained the various asset protection programs that were offered on the car. The whole experience was easy, friendly and sincere - a great experience. I look forward to many more years of Volvo driving - thanks guys. More

I scheduled a meeting to visit the showroom and upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a courteous and friendly staff. My assigned salesperson was Fausto Pellegrini. Fausto is a fantastic salesperson. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and worked diligently to find an XC60 with all of the options that I wanted. I walked away with an amazing car at an exceptional value. Fausto is extremely knowledgable about vehicle specifications, technical options, and gave my wife an excellent demonstration of the many XC60 options on the day of pickup. He really spent a decent amount of time with us to make sure we were comfortable before leaving. Overall, my experience with this dealership was excellent. Superior in every way when compared to other dealerships we've dealt with in the past (various brands). Whatever car sales formula Huntington Volvo uses seems to work well. Keep up the great work!
