Giovanni and Rob I really had no idea whether I was going with an Audi, Mercedes, BMW or Volvo before dealing with Gio and Rob (all cars i've owned and liked but have I really had no idea whether I was going with an Audi, Mercedes, BMW or Volvo before dealing with Gio and Rob (all cars i've owned and liked but have never owned a Volvo). To some extent when I cannot decide, I leave it up to whoever wants to sell me the car. I walked into the other dealerships and was never even approached by salesman standing around even though I was quite vocal about which models I would buy on the dealer floors. At Huntington Volvo, Rob passed my lead onto the right guy...when I was called by Giovanni he made me want to come in and discuss the purchase. When I got there and sat down with him, he was courteous, pressure free and extremely knowledgeable so I left a deposit. After thinking about my options for a few days, all things pointed to Volvo. From the Gio to Rob and on to the amazing characteristics this car has and the pricing that went along with it...I feel like I won on all levels. I've never felt that way buying a car before. I recently took delivery of my fourth vehicle leased from Huntington Volvo. The dealership and staff are nice but the main reason for returning is my salesman, Joe Vitale. I did my homework, of course, but at each transaction I didn't have that feeling of wondering whether I'm getting a fair deal. Joe has been doing this for a long time and he knows all the ways to get to a great price by utilizing manufacturers rebates and programs etc... I also like when the salesman takes the time to know his/her product so you can compare/contrast if you are considering other vehicles. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, I always send my friends/family to Joe. If you're in the market, you owe it to yourself to go see him. More

Huntington Volvo was advertising online a great Lease Special for the Volvo XC60 T5 . Problem was they are about 430 miles from my house. I researched Huntington Volvo and they got really good reviews from several online sites I went to DealerRater.com to read reviews about their Salespeople and Joe Vitale had great reviews(several of their salespeople scored high). I called Joe Friday May 26, 2017 at about 5pm to discuss the ad.The following is a summary of what transpired: PROFESSIONALISM/STREAMLINED- The entire transaction was COMPLETED with o total of 3 phone calls 5 minutes or less and 4 brief e-mail exchanges. It literally was as easy as placing a large take out order. In 3 brief calls Joe helped me determine if the XC60 was best model for my needs,and which series of the XC60 would be best suited for my needs. Joe fully explained features benefits of each series, pricing, and financing. Joe actually got me an upgrade for the same price and a color of my choice! .I literally saved a couple thousand dollars compared to anything in my immediate area. Joe knows his product inside and out! Speaking of Professionalism , Scott the Business Manager was exceptional. He completely and thoroughly , explained everything in a very detailed but succinct fashion..He gave me the EXACT DEAL that I was promised NO SURPRISES! I have literally walked out of deals because the finance managers either tried to change the deals or up sell really aggressively. CARING - when Joe was in the vehicle explaining the different vehicle features to my wife and daughter and started to explain the text messaging feature, he looked my 18 year old daughter straight in the eye and said PROMISE ME YOU WILL NEVER TEXT AND DRIVE .! When he started to discuss fueling the car he turned to my daughter again and said never leave the car running while you are pumping gas. When he finished on the inside he took my wife and daughter outside the vehicle to show them how to use the entry light system to check and make sure no one is hiding around your vehicle.. We got back to Buffalo Sunday night and Monday was a hectic day for us as we were running errands. When we got back Monday evening from our errands I had 3 missed calls from Joe and 2 emails checking to see if we got back safe.This was in response to the fact that I had explained to Joe that while I drive to NYC/CT area every 8 weeks or so my wife was not comfortable having to drive the new vehicle home. I was floored by his genuine concern for our well being. TRULY ENJOYABLE- Literally the minute we got out of our car when we first pulled up to Huntington Volvo Joe came out of the dealership immediately right up to our car and greeted us like we were long time friends.He is such an upbeat fun guy great sense of humor. We had a lot of laughs with him. Scott the business manager had a great sense of humor as well and had us laughing. When we left Scott's office to leave a couple other salespeople came up to us and themselves and it almost felt like a reunion. We were all trading stories and had a lot of laughs. We left the dealership not only feeling like valued clients but what a great bunch of people. BOTTOM LINE- If you want to purchase or lease a Volvo in a truly Professional straight up no hassle no BS fashion Joe and Huntington Volvo are the way to go.
