Your parts department manager Marsello Locasto was very professional, helpful, and went above and beyond the services that most parts department would do. The service advisor Cassidy smith that I dealt with was extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude during our entire conversation and kept telling me there would be a long wait to service my car. I was f extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude during our entire conversation and kept telling me there would be a long wait to service my car. I was forced to take my car to another dealership because she refused to help me. I’ve been going to this location for years, and unfortunately due to this women's behavior they just lost one of their customers. Horrible customer service… will not be returning here. More
Today was the very last day that I will be going back to Huntington Jeep for anything, future car purchase and service. Dealership does not stand behind vehicles that they sell. I have a 2021 rubicon 25000 Huntington Jeep for anything, future car purchase and service. Dealership does not stand behind vehicles that they sell. I have a 2021 rubicon 25000 miles and have had 3 warranty repairs since I purchased. Of late rear differential warning light, which it took 3 appointments and lots of time wasted to finally get them to do what needed to be done the first trip which was to replace the sensor. The most aggravating part is not the vehicle, but the attitude of the service advisors. Their lack of concern for the customers, time and inconvenience is apparent every time you check in. Not only in dealing with them first hand, but listening to them deal with other customers in the same fashion. I have heard several individuals and myself included wait 3 weeks for a loaner, I call the day before to confirm it, then when I show up they tell me they don't have one. Without even an apology. Their total disregard for the customers is appalling, and totally disrespectful. I arrived to pick up my car, was told it would be lock with keys and waiting for me to pick up after hours. I get there luckily before closing to be interrogated by a service advisor, telling me that the car would have been unavailable for pick up because I had a loaner. I told her that is what my advisor told me to do, she in a very nasty fashion told me, "well he was wrong". So if you like to be treated rudely, and with no respect. Then this would be the place to service your vehicle. I have had enough. More

Went in for an oil change and diagnose front bearing sound. After 2 hours was told that front a rear break rotors were warped. All rotors and pads should be replaced at a cost of $1,300. Told me tires sound. After 2 hours was told that front a rear break rotors were warped. All rotors and pads should be replaced at a cost of $1,300. Told me tires were getting low and should be replaced for $1,200. As for the bearing noise, was told there was no noise. I asked how the diagnosis was done and was told visual inspection. Upon completion the car was delivered in front of service for me, I noticed that all the wheel dust hadn't been touched. Visual inspection of breaks without wheel removal to tell me they are warped......my xxx! I've been a mechanic working on cars for over 20 years, and know the rotors aren't warped. You also can't diagnose warped rotors without driving to check for shimmy in the steering wheel or vibration in the brake pedal (which has none) or actually removing the wheels. As far as no noise, the car was was never driven on the road to identify the noise. It never left the shop. And to top it off the tech over filled the oil. Over all $380 for an oil change, $120 for an oil change and $260 for a diagnosis that never happened. I'd blame the tech, but this is a clear failure of leadership. Sorry folks, can never use this dealer again, not after intentionally trying to out right scam me. Thankfully, I know my vehicle and didn't spend $2,500 on unnecessary maintenance. Beware of this service center. More

This was the fourth vehicle I leased from Vaughan Dacon at Huntington Jeep. Aside from Vaughan being personable and friendly, he is extremely knowledgeable about all the models at the dealership. Once aga at Huntington Jeep. Aside from Vaughan being personable and friendly, he is extremely knowledgeable about all the models at the dealership. Once again Vaughan pointed me in the right direction and put me in the right Jeep for my budget. No hesitation recommending Vaughan to my friends and family. Vaughan, I'll be back in 39 months for my next vehicle. More
On 10/27/22 I was contacted by the salesman at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge stating that the 2023 SRT Superstock Red Eye Challengers were available and they had allocations. Immediately after work, I went Jeep Chrysler Dodge stating that the 2023 SRT Superstock Red Eye Challengers were available and they had allocations. Immediately after work, I went to the dealership, placed my order and left a deposit. I waited for a VIN # or some contact from either Dodge or the dealer up to December and got NOTHING.. I then contacted the dealer again who had no info and urged me to call corporate HQ (Stellantis) which I did. After several weeks of phone tag I got assigned a case manager who stated he was waiting to hear from the dealer. It took me driving to the dealshhip while the case manager was on my cell phone to initiate the conversation. At this time I was informed there may be an issue with the allocation. Corporate acknowledged the order was placed and was in my name, however the build was restricted. I saw the writing on the wall and the dealer was trying to tell me that they NEVER had an allocation for the car and it shouldn't have been ordered. That COMPLETELY contradicts Dodge garages posted allocations on it's website as well as the FACT that the order never would have been accepted without said allocation in place to the dealer. I continually asked to speak to the Eastern Regional sales manager and was denied and NO ONE could explain WHERE my allocation went or WHY my order wasn't being honored. To the best of my knowledge, one can only assume that the price I negotiated wasn't enough of a markup for " the parties involved" and my order was subsequently cancelled and my deposit refunded to my CC (without my knowledge or consent) on 1/19/23. Today SIX MONTHS LATER- I was informed by Stellantis that I could go on dodge garage and place ANOTHER ORDER from a dealer somewhere in the country that has one in stock. Thanks for nothing. Today the cars are going for 80,000+ over sticker and that to the greedy oligarchs is ok. If you order a car ,apparently it's also ok to accept a deposit, string people along for 6 months and wait for a car they had NO INTENT TO DELIVER. Shame on you all and hope whatever profit Dodge and their merry band of marauders made was worth betraying a life long Mopar guy. Buyers be forewarned. More
