The service and attention from my salesperson John DeCandia was exceptional. These guys put honesty and servcie above everything else. The web site's available cars match the VIN in the car so no fake bate ads from Huntington Jeep. My salesperson, John was patient and helpful and I put him through h*ll during the sale cycle. And I had him checking cars an hour after their closing time. The price was so good I couldn't walk away from the deal. But it was the personal service from John that made the final sale and prompted this review. When I took delivery, John took me through everthing in the car and help setup the phone etc. Just exceptional service from end to end. Huntington Jeep and Johns positive and professional attitude makes for a great experience. Thanks More

I made an appointment for my vehicle approximately 3 weeks ago for an FCA issued recall on a faulty transmission module. Knowing they would not give me a loaner for the day, I opted to take the day off from work, and just leave the car with the dealership. Upon arrival, the person checking me in took my recall paperwork, and then stated he wasn't sure if he had the part (which I was assured would be in when I made the appointment), so he went to check on it. A few minutes later, he came back to inform me they did not have the parts. So I told him it was absurd that I took the day off for this, they had my information, they could have called to let me know. I asked for my paperwork back, and the gentleman REFUSED to give me back my recall paperwork, I had to actually grab it out of his hand. He started saying "I only wanted to keep it for your contact information" which was VERY odd - He could have looked in his computer for it, which was given at the time I made the appointment - Very odd he wanted to keep the paperwork they need to use to tell Dodge they completed the work on such and such vehicle to get paid for it. When I walked out and got in my car, the service manager stopped me and said "if you leave your car with us, I can try and locate the parts." Did he think I was dumb? He didn't even say "why don't you give me 10 minutes and let me try and locate the part for you." He actually just asked for my car outright with no kind of guarantee the work would get done, and after his employee just trued to pull something very odd. RIGHT. I am notifying Fiat Chrysler of this issue as well, and FCArecalls to insure they are aware of how Huntington Dodge is treating their customers. More
Such a great experience at the Service Dept. First I will mention that I am not a friend or relative. When I first had a issue with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and I called the service Dept. the manager Aaron immediately picked up the phone and without any hesitation tried to help. He took my frustration level way down and went way beyond his duties to have everything taken care of for me. Today 4/14/15 I picked up my second Jeep from the dealership. While I was there, I stopped in to make a appointment to service my 2014 Jeep. I said hello to Aaron, he greeted me with a warm welcome. He said, "whats up? What can I help you with?" I said that I need a oil change, Aaron said "go grab a bite and it will be ready in an hour, we're open until 9pm tonight". The great thing about this service Dept. is that they are "Old School" they are really nice people, they do a great job, and they really want to help you and they care about you. Most of the posts you read are negitive because if everything is good why spend the time to write about it. This entire dealership I found wants to do the right thing. So I want to thank Aaron and everyone in the service department and David Daniels for all the help.. More

Simply put...I dislike going to Car Dealerships. My experience with Dealerships has been horrific to say the least. The back and forth negotiations is painfully time consuming and a waste of time. But working with David Daniels (Sales) has proven me completely wrong. He was professional, honest & personable! NO BS haggling. It was such a great pleasure dealing with him. And Barbara Messana in the Finance Dept. was outstanding and patient. She answered every silly question I asked with a smile. I drove off with my 2014 Dodge Durango Limited the same day!
