I have been through many dealerships but Hyundai Huntington is one of very few that is very professional, not pushy and work with customers to get what they want at a very competitive price! We also had opportunity to work with Courtney Morse in finance department when we went to pick up our car and it was a straightforward process, never pushed us to get into anything extra, explained all of our options and we went with what we needed. Service department is clueless and unprofessional. My car was not diagnosed properly 2 times and it took 3 weeks for my powertrain issue to be resolved. The first diagnosis would have cost me out of pocket. They also tripled the quoted price for the part. The communication was horrible with the service team. I requested to speak to the service manager and he wouldn't return my calls. He also lied to corporate and said he would call and there has never been a call. I would have rather just paid my mechanic if I knew I would have 3 weeks of horrible service from this dealer. My mechanic diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and in the end they changed the part he said was bad. They claimed that the SR tech was working on the car. If this is how the SR tech diagnoses cars I would run far away from this dealer. More
