I bought my 2011 Honda INsight at Huntington Honda because of the great service. I went there to have my Insight repaired because I knew some body parts would have to be removed and I wanted somebody because of the great service. I worked with David and he authorized a loaner which was an Accord which also was great. The car was fixed perfectly, great estimate, great price, friendly, great, great great. More
Had all 4 of the PAX tires replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. They went out of their way to get me in the next day (after the run-flat initiated--the PAX equivalent of a flat tire). It was much cheaper than I had been quoted earlier from other dealers (the tires were close to needing replacement when the passenger front tire went out). I also asked them to check the brakes since they were sometimes audible and the steering wheel would vibrate at speeds over 60 mph. They could have simply told me that the brakes needed to be replaced, but they were honest! They told me that there was still about 12000 miles left on the pads since they were down to 5mm from the original 10mm. Low prices and an honest service department--two thumbs way up! More
I needed a small spring that prevents the brake pads from dragging for my 2004 Civic Hybrid. I was told that I would have to buy a complete set of pads ( which I don't need) to get one. I asked the servic dragging for my 2004 Civic Hybrid. I was told that I would have to buy a complete set of pads ( which I don't need) to get one. I asked the service manager if he would save a old one for me since they throw them out when replacing pads. He said he wouldn't. I don't understand this attitude and I don't think I want to do business with Huntington Honda any more. More

He was extremely honest with me giving me a few options of their services that may or may not fix the issues I was having. He was even kind enough to apply an online coupon that I wasn't aware of! This Honda dealer is prob te best I've been to, and I've been to quite. Thank you mike, I def will be back again!. More
I went to this dealership for an inspection and oil change. They pointed out that I nneded brkes and so I did the brakes too. That was all fine. However, when I asked for a bottle of touch up paint for my black 2009 Accord I assumed that they saleperson was giving me the correct color in the small $12 bottle. Now, when I finally had to actually use a bit of the paint on a small side 'ding' I was upset to find that they had given me a metalic grey color. Now I have a dark grey metalic spot on the side as a reminder of my Huntington Honda experience. A blemish on the car courtesy of this dealership. I attribute this to poor quality control between the sales person, who was friendly enough, and the stock person, who didn't check for a match. A seemingly small but quite irritating experience leaving me with the feeling that if there is no detail oriented approach to small things, what would be their approach to larger purchases. More
I felt that the service department did not take advantage of their customers. Service was done in a timely manner with a competitive price. Awful experience.Paid $18k for certified vechicle. Vechicle was filthy at pickup (I didnt notice till following day as I picked it up at night.) Before 1st payment was made the battery, wipers,front strut,and front axle needed to be replaced. I was without the vechicle for 1 week.I was contacted to rate the service by phone and email. After I gave a terrible but true review I was not contacted again with a apology at the very least.I am a retail manager that also calls consumers for feedback on their experience with the service they recieved.Huntington Honda took my feedback and did nothing with it. Why ask a consumer how they felt the service was if you wont even send an apology email if they werent satisfied? Mistakes do happen I know but I feel a company shows its true colors with their ability to correct these mistakes and give the consumer the confidence to return for future business. I have nothing positive to say about this dealership More
