Internet price is xxxxxxxx once you get there 3rd car (well would of been) sales person was as sweetheart 10 ++++++ management had him show us a few cars , we picked one all was so smooth then man 3rd car (well would of been) sales person was as sweetheart 10 ++++++ management had him show us a few cars , we picked one all was so smooth then management hit us $3,700 over the Internet price which was pure xxxxxxxx they thought we were stupid and not aware of their web site which has the prices!!all the while when he was talking to manager we were on their web site !! DUH!! When the poor salesman saw that he said he was not aware of that price . That's when the manager stepped in Rob Roward and said that's the sale price if you advertise w/ dealer , which was our intentions. Then he said ' well I can save you $200 of the over inflated price!! What a joke . Then apparently the owners son Tom Curtain who calls himself the GM said if we don't like it get the xxxx out .bye bye this location will make a wonderful location for any retail store! BYE BYE More
Where is did HUNTINGTON Honda west go? I purchased vehicles from HUNTINGTON Honda West in the past. I received nothing but great service. Certicare is not the same, although my salesman Joh I purchased vehicles from HUNTINGTON Honda West in the past. I received nothing but great service. Certicare is not the same, although my salesman John kraft was nice and wasn't pushy I didn't feel the same love from the rest of the experience. It was all about the sale not the service. It was not the same friendly experience I had in the past. Although, my ratings were low my salesman, John kraft was very accommodating. It was the management that was the problem, in particular Ian Goldbaum. He felt the need to send me a snotty e-mail when my father was in the hospital having brain surgery. This was because I was unable to pick the vehicle up quick enough for him, although I had already purchased the car. I felt it was all about the end of the month quotas not the customer satisfaction. More

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! Just like someone else had experienced in a review, I was buying my car cash! The sales guy CHRIS had asked if I wanted to finance and I had stated t Just like someone else had experienced in a review, I was buying my car cash! The sales guy CHRIS had asked if I wanted to finance and I had stated to him that I don't want my credit run because I was in the process of buying a house. He assured me he understood, but he decided to come back to take my social security anyway. By the time I got to the finance manager Anthony, I was told they ran my credit and he even joked that I was on some narcotics list, so they had to run my credit? xxx is going on here in this dealership, if I pay cash, you shouldn't be running my credit, bottom line they had no authorization to do it and they did it anyway which is fraudulent practice, beyond that the sales guy promised some fixes by the service team and NOBODY every contacted me, once the sell was complete there is no follow up. More

I must say both the sale person and finance person were very cooperative. They put me into hard negotiation but honestly, at the end they helped to make the deal and I got my smile! I appreciate their business. Actually they already quoted a very low price in compare to other dealers. I already told the sales person, I will refer my friends here. Other important thing which I liked was they have committed for a very good post delivery service, and if the period is 10 years it's awesome! More
Dishonest sales rep. And finance coordinator I've purchased 3 cars from this dealership so obviously there was something I liked about this dealership but obviously this has since changed. I've w I've purchased 3 cars from this dealership so obviously there was something I liked about this dealership but obviously this has since changed. I've walked into that dealership 3 weeks ago with the intention of buying a car which I did. To make long story short the sales rep. Had me fill out all the paperwork them handed me a credit application which was not necessarily so I ask him( why is this necessary if I'm purchasing this car cash, he said that I will not be able to proceed unless I signed it because it's needed for the registration it's the law. I asked his if my credit will be ran he made it certain that that will never happen because I'm making a cash purchase. Needless to say a short 2 days later I was prompted via email that they did run my credit. I call the dealership immediately because I know of the damage that was done and the sales rep. Said that my credit was not ran. I called back but they will not allow me to speak with any one else when I visited the dealership after work the sales rep. and (I think Paul)the gentleman who was trying to coverup the dealership fault said that because of September 11th everyone's credit needs to be ran upon making a purchase. I spoke to other individuals outside the dealership who said that that information was a lie and they are trying to cover up theirs problems. I then called back and ask to speak to the finance guy who was not hearing it and asked me to let my attorney send the letter. I asked to speak to his boss but a call was never received to this date. I'll be calling the business manager at the end of the week if no response is received by then. More
