They were also very professional and know what they are talking about- no sugar coating. You can see how much passion Rich has for buying and selling cars (he doesn't play around). Used Car Sale Dear Sirs: I came into the dealership to buy my son his first car. I met with Lorenzo Pugliese Jr. who was pleasant at first and later he called in Dear Sirs: I came into the dealership to buy my son his first car. I met with Lorenzo Pugliese Jr. who was pleasant at first and later he called in the sales manager Rich Lobriaco. With the help of Rich we came upon an agreed upon price and I was to come in on Monday to complete the transaction. Rich was not in the office that day. What I found to be discouraging that day was the enormous wait time - Lorenzo kept leaving the dealership to pick something up down the road - my time is valuable and I almost think the whole thing is staged to wear people down. In addition the folks in the office chose to lie about things that were really silly and not necessary - all it served to do is leave a bad taste in my mouth. For example - Lorenzo said he got my son mud guards for the car and he would have to wait for them to come in but would write us an IOU - when all was said and done he said he never said that and whats worse had the nerve to question my 17 year old son about it. He did make that promise and he did speak an untruth. In addition the finance manager said my extended warranty was for 8 years and 120,000 miles. When I signed the paperwork it listed 100,000 miles. He said he never said 120,000 miles - He said it numerous times and even wrote it down which I brought his attention to - he then conceded and apologized. At the end of the day I think I got a fair price for the car and my son does like it however as a first experience for my son the experience was horrible and at one point got very confrontational. Unfortunately the above tactics are what gives your business a bad wrap - I experienced it face to face sadly. More
just all around 100% honesty and integrity I would like to take this time to spread the word about my sales person Mr. John Kraft,who incidentally I did not know this before hand that John has I would like to take this time to spread the word about my sales person Mr. John Kraft,who incidentally I did not know this before hand that John has in the past sold not only my brother but he sold my niece , his daughter. So I feel extremely blessed. We even prayed and that is when I asked if all sales people do that < say a prayer at delivery of car ,and he said he thinks he's the only one. That's when I realized he sold to my family at that point. I have complete trust and faith in John Kraft. Please ask for John Kraft. I got a real good deal, the manager stepped in to assist but in my mind- the deal was all ready done! More
disappointed I recently shopped here due to a vehicle they had listed on the internet. The vehicle was fairly nice and the salmon was very helpful but after adding dealer fees and a basic warranty that I was not offered the choice of taking, the cost was over my budget which I informed them of when I arrived. The salesman was patient and showed us other vehicle that were within our budget but nothing that really was of interest. When I attempted too leave, the salesman brought in another "manager" to whom I advised the same and the original vehicle was not in my range. At this point, another gentleman came over who also stated he was a manager and began the typical "used car pitch." I advised what my bottom line was including tax and we eventually we came to an agreement. Fast forward 2 days when I called to confirm the cost for the certified check, I was advised the agreed price did not include tax which raised the cost several thousand dollars. I stated that was incorrect and that I had it in writing and if they did the math, the cost would have been higher than the advertised price which they still insisted was a "great deal." I was forced to cancel the sale (after I provided insurance cards and had pick up scheduled) as I already had the loan and I did not have enough to cover the new price and also due to the way I was misled. The only positive of the situation is that I learned of the problem prior to showing up at the dealership to pick up the vehicle. The dealership is nice and staff was friendly but I would recommend to have any deals calculated to the exact dollar and signed by one the managers prior to agreeing to anything as number on a purchase agreement do not mean anything. Waiting to see if I receive my deposit refund as promised. More

They NEVER made it about the sale but about what was best for me and my family. Me and my wife never felt pressure to sign. They also let me take the car to my mechanic to have it looked at. I walked away with a new car and walked away knowing I got a great deal. I highly recommend seeing them first. More

Best experience I’ve had and I went to so many dealerships...minute I got there John Kraft introduced himself and in 10 minutes I was test driving the car I purchased. The car I purchased had low mileage and I saw the price online and I paid the same no adding of dealer fees and all sorts of mystery fees. I did have a high mileage trade in and they worked with me! I had 182000 miles most dealers turned away and they gave me a good trade in! GM Glen was excellent also working with me. Straight up dealer and I’ll always send friends and co workers there even for me it was a drive close to 2 hours but worth it! More
