I was sold a 2018 Honda Accord Sport with 80k miles in July 2024. now in January 2025 my car has had 5 Service repairs (Transmission, Headgasket, Flywheel, Oil Spoil Valve & Carbon Cleaning of Engine). I was clearly sold a Defective car which the Dealership refuses to help me with! These guys are crooks who dont mind selling you a Lemon. More

As soon as I walked in I felt very welcoming, specially by Kevin Pineda. He took care of me since I stepped in until I got in my new vehicle. The manager Tom was wildly unprofessional and smelt like alcohol. I came in with my daughter to try and find her an HRV for her to take back to school upstate and not only was he trying to charge me a hidde alcohol. He also told me the $995 had to be paid in cash and wouldn’t count towards the down payment. Won’t be going back More

Great service- yesterday I bought a used Honda CR V. From the minute I walked in I felt at home. Awful. Just awful. Was told to come see a car that was being detailed the next day. Made an appt. for the next day and drove an hour only to find out when I Just awful. Not to mention the fact that they lie about the number of cars that are “certified”. They claim they can’t sell you a car with the promotional interest rate because it has a recall on it —when you check the VIN number on cars they claim they can’t sell you as certified they are lying. The cars have no recall on them as they say. do not waste your time. all the negative reviews are true. I should’ve looked at them before making f the visit. More

Terrible experience Misleading and deceptive Once they have your money they wont help you All the money ispent on this used car Looked great They put NYS inspection sticker on it and on first highway tri have your money they wont help you All the money ispent on this used car Looked great They put NYS inspection sticker on it and on first highway trip went up to 55 mph and car steering wheel vibrating After they looked at it appears both axles were bad They replaced them after me paying warranty deductible of 300$ and still the problem persisted They never took the car n a dreive to see if they had adequately repaired it Said we probably hit a curb hard which never happened Took to an independent mechanic who said the shocks were very bad Another pre existing condition Would never expect a Honda dealership to be so deceptive and careless in selling a unsafe car that shouldve gone to an auction like most dealerships do with cars unsafe I spent over 13,000 for this car which i had to trade in for only 7000 But it seems they have a very lucrative thing going on now with their certicare used car lot Glenn the manager has promised also that the finance manager Craig would call me back regarding the warranty refunds due me No callbacks No response to emails They have no respect for you once they get your money Do not trust these guys They will get you to buy expensive warranties also and tell you they cover everything that they do not They are men of their word! Read every word of their contract if it takes you all day and then have the car inspected by your mechanic before signing!!
