I experienced a little trouble taking care of it at first, but after contacting my sales rep Joe Balisalisa, he helped to steer me through the right path. I interacted with a few people on the Mazda team including Joe, Jerry, Daniel, and Christian, and they were helpful and kept me well informed of status. The most amazing part of the experience for me was when I picked up my car, after normal service hours, and Joe took the time to show me the work on my dash. It was while doing so I discovered that my technician, Edward DeSilva, found a very sentimental missing ring of mine and tucked it in an obvious place for me to find. A lot of times we don't get to interact with the people behind the scenes, who perform the actual service, and they get left behind in the acknowledgment. I want to take this moment to acknowledge Edward and share my appreciation for his skill and integrity with others. I am very pleased with his work. Thank You! More

The car performs wonderfully and I've received many compliments on the sporty yet elegant appearance. I recently had the misfortune of picking up a nail in the sidewall of my tire. This was un-repairable, so I went into HB Mazda and Leonard Zini had me on the road within an hour! Barry Raymond, who I purchased the car from, made sure I was completely satisfied and made me feel right at home in their very comfortable lounge with hot coffee, soda, and fresh popcorn. I'm a "car guy" so I enjoyed reading the auto magazines and looking at the vintage Mazda 929 in the showroom. Great job HB Mazda for assembling a great team and a welcoming environment! More
I had a very good experience this time around. I originally went in to have my driver side headlight fixed. There is a gentleman by the name of John that I have dealt with before who ALWAYS takes GREAT CARE of me. Going for service when John is there has Always been a very pleasant experience. No pushy upselling, but always lets me know things to consider for my car, as it's 10+ years old and needs more & more "band aids" these days. This particular trip I decided to go look on their car lot while I waited because I had seen they had another, newer, used tribute I was interested in looking at because it was 4 cylinders, and beings the price of gas these days, I wanted to downsize engines, so I had to at least try it out while waiting. I met Ed Southfield, one of the Sales Reps, while poking my nose thru the windows to getter a better look at the car. Very pleasant gentleman, I felt at ease and didn't feel like I was dealing with a "used car salesman" Ed is the Epitome of what "used car salesman" SHOULD BE. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating, just an all around nice guy. Not a pushy bone in his body, definitely a refreshing change of pace when shopping for a car. He took me out on the test drive, which was a very thorough test for the car, all different kinds of roads and speeds. Needless to say, Ed & his mgmt team were able to come to MY TERMS/Price on the newer tribute and I bought it. They got to keep my "just fixed" tribute and I took home the newer improved model. :) Probably one of the MOST Enjoyable car purchases I've ever been thru, and i've purchased MANY cars in my 50+ years. Thank you Ed for the wonderful experience car buying experience. More
I just had my car serviced at Huntington Beach Mazda and only wish it was this easy to do business with other companies, regardless of what industry they are in. I recently called and spoke to John Cemore i only wish it was this easy to do business with other companies, regardless of what industry they are in. I recently called and spoke to John Cemore in the service department. He was extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to address all of my questions with thorough answers. I had purchased my CX-7 from the same dealership so he was able to look up my information and see that I would likely be covered by Mazda manufacturer warranty since they extended the warranty on this particular part due to common failures, otherwise I would be covered by my extended warranty. It's nice to see a company step up to the plate like that. I was able to make it to the dealership that same afternoon to drop off my car and John didn't happen to be there but I spoke with Nick who was just as friendly and helpful as John and got me written up and out of there in under 10 minutes. The next day I got a call from John who let me know that they completely replaced the air compressor, charged and filled the freon, replaced something else connected to the unit, and also that they discovered a ruptured motor mount during inspection, which they also replaced. With so much work to be done I didn't think I would get my car back for a day or two, but it was finished within 24 hours of originally dropping it off! To top it off, their car washer was broken, so they actually hand washed my car and did a very nice job. My car now runs great again (this is the first and only issue I have ever had in over 3 years), my A/C is freezing cold, and best of all, MAZDA COMPLETELY COVERED EVERYTHING, I didn't even have to pay a deductible or diagnostic fee! I walked out of there without spending a penny, except for the $4 the parts department charged me to repair my keyless entry :-) Thank you John, Nick, and everyone at HB Mazda Service Dept. for being so helpful and making a stressful car problem a no hassle and pleasant experience! Other businesses should model their professionalism, friendliness, and customer service after these guys! More
I brought my car in because it was stuck in gear and there were many codes that came on. Brian handled my case. He said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I contacted Brian and he told me that none of the work/testing would result in the window not working. Therefore, I would have to pay for the repair and that it could be expensive if they had to take the door apart. I asked another service advisor and he told me that the window just had to be reset and that it was due to the testing/ work on my car. Shortly after that I drove the car to Vegas and broke down in the dessert. They told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle and I ended up with a $300 towing bill. More
I came to Mazda Huntington Beach for my first time to get my oil changed. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark. Not only was he friendly but he really knows cars! I have a couple problems with my car t my oil changed. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark. Not only was he friendly but he really knows cars! I have a couple problems with my car that nobody else has been able to help me with. He took a look figured out the problem and I will be back in next week to get it fixed. Let me just say that there is a young guy working there in the service dept.named Mark and he is so incredibly courteous and efficient. He remembers me when I come in and his attitude is one of the main re in the service dept.named Mark and he is so incredibly courteous and efficient. Basically- if you treat me right- you have my loyalty. Also- they have the added perk of a play room- my four year old loves it. More
