Customer service (service department) I had purchased a car from this dealership in May of last year. I have been taking my car into this location for routine maintenance over the last 18 I had purchased a car from this dealership in May of last year. I have been taking my car into this location for routine maintenance over the last 18 months. In my experience the last few times I took my car in I was not happy with the the outcome. I let the service representative Freddy Campos know if how I felt about the subpar maintenance job. I had just had 4 new tires, new brakes and alignment done. When I got the car back the car would shake while I was braking. I let Freddy know I would no longer be usuing mazda for any of my maintenance needs. Freddy asked me if I could bring the car. Ack in and I explained to him how busy I am with my work and that I didnt have time to bring the vehicle back. Freddy wasted no time sent out a replacement vehicle and picked mine up and serviced my car and had it back to me the next morning. I was so impressed by the attitude freddy had towards making sure my car was in good standing and I was a satisfied customer. I will be staying with mazda as long as freddy is working there becuase of how well he handled this situation and his exemplary attitude and work ethic. More

Excellent Service I went in to get a new key cut and programmed Fredy was very helpful in answering my questions and ran a full inspection plus a diagnostic on a proble I went in to get a new key cut and programmed Fredy was very helpful in answering my questions and ran a full inspection plus a diagnostic on a problem with my passenger side window at no extra cost. He was very accessible and communicative and gave me great recommendations for services in the future. When I get my window fixed, I will definitely be going through him. More

Confident and Satisfied with the Quality Workmanship and Cus Arrived a little early for my 7:30 a.m. 85k mile service appointment. Was greeted warmly by every staff member who caught my eye. Fredy handled all the necessary paperwork, estimation, and eta for completion of the work. I decided to wait and found the new waiting area to be a pretty good place to hang out, watch tv, snack, or do some work. Again every staff member was friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the car needed work on cracked tie rods and an alignment that required more time. I was offered an available loaner car while the work was being done and was able to continue with my day. Fredy was excellent at keeping me informed and the car was ready as promised. Every service representative I've ever dealt with at HB Mazda has been a good expereince. All in all, five star rating. Thanks to you Fredy and your colleagues. More
