What a great customer service department HB Mazda has built. Fredy took care of me right away and let me know my first oil change service take 1.5 hours (it actually took 1 hour in total). He said, I can go ahead and enjoy lunch on them as they had a BBQ lunch going on. Unfortunately, they had ran out of food and I joked with Fredy that there was no food left. Fredy walked over and asked me to write down what I wanted for lunch. I ended up turning down his offer because I made lunch plans with my girlfriend. Fredy, saw me walking to my car, so he walked over to shake my hand and tell me, “I owe you lunch”. Fredy’s customer service went above and beyond. More
