Mazda HB is the BEST! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife had a situation with her battery. We explained the circumstances and MAZDA just took care of it!!!!! Came back to have my windshield replaced and as always staff kept me posted and updated with the latest about my car. They always go above and beyond, that's a fact. This time though my car was left with staff kept me posted and updated with the latest about my car. They always go above and beyond, that's a fact. This time though my car was left with a bunch of dirt particles from the job, and I expected to see it clean. I know Saturday was a busy day, so no big deal. I guess HB Mazda owes me a carwash :) PS. Daniel Bruce scheduled my appointment but he was out on Saturday, so he had nothing to do with this minor issue. More

Unfortunately my 2017 Mazda CX9 with only 45,000 miles developed a coolant leak which ended up coming from the cylinder head! Basically my engine was toast. We took great care of our vehicle and had its r developed a coolant leak which ended up coming from the cylinder head! Basically my engine was toast. We took great care of our vehicle and had its routine service performed by Huntington Beach Mazda. Found out in doing web searches that this is a known issue for my vehicle and year. Long story short, my warranty had recently expired but David Hernandez helped me through the process of appealing to Mazda corporate as this should never happen at this low of miles unless there are defects to the engine. With David’s help, Huntington Beach Mazda was able to get the warranty extended to cover a new partial engine replace with only a deductible cost to me. Once it was worked out with Corporate (took about a week and a half), HB Mazda quickly ordered the parts and had it fixed in only a week. This is amazing as fixes of this complexity can easily be two or three weeks. Our car is running great now. Hats off to HB Mazda and David. (David kept me informed throughout the process with clear and honest communication.) More

Huntington Beach Mazda is by far the best location I have been to. I have been receiving services directly from Mazda dealerships since 2016. The customer service at this location is pure luxury. I had the p been to. I have been receiving services directly from Mazda dealerships since 2016. The customer service at this location is pure luxury. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fernando in the service department. He was eager and ready to help! Checking in my car was a quick and smooth. There was an issue with the part I needed, he quickly resolved the issue, kept me accurately informed through the entire process, was more than accommodating to me, and extremely considerate of my time. As a woman I am always hesitant of taking my car in to any shop, due to being over charged or told I need to get something fixed when I know it does not need fixing, however, I did not get that experience here, they are genuine and true to their work. This is BY FAR the best automotive experience I have yet to have with Mazda since first buying my car in 2016- 10/10 recommend. THANK YOU FERNANDO AND HUNTINGTON BEACH MAZDA! Amazing employees and even better management! More
