The entire service was fine, but at the end the person who took my car out didn't wear the mask. That really bothers me especially during the pendamic and the car we use to take our children. Had a great service visit at HB Mazda today. Chris, the service writer was great. He honored my 2nd free oil change that I wasn’t able to complete before my one year anniversary due to my low mileage relat service writer was great. He honored my 2nd free oil change that I wasn’t able to complete before my one year anniversary due to my low mileage related to the Covid shutdown. I also like that they now send you a video of the vehicle inspection and provide detailed info on how the car checked out and what they did. More
