Just another wonderful experience. I enjoy going over there and getting my car washed. They are just as serious making you feel good about a wash, as anything else they do. I love the the lounge where yo there and getting my car washed. They are just as serious making you feel good about a wash, as anything else they do. Great because:1. they did NOT recommend new tires or Great because: 1. they did NOT recommend new tires or brakes when I did not need them; 2. they fixed a stuck rear seat that would not fold forward w Great because: 1. they did NOT recommend new tires or brakes when I did not need them; 2. they fixed a stuck rear seat that would not fold forward without any charge to me; 3. on their website they had service coupons that saved me $35.00; 4. my service advisor, Chris, explained everything they did extremely clearly and went over the inspection sheet for my car thoroughly and showed me the things on my car that were in good shape that would not need any service. and 5. my car was washed and had plastic covering on the drivers seat when it was returned to me. An unusual car dealership that doesnt seem to enjoy ripping you off. I will make them my go-to dealer. More

Brought my car in for its first free service and a small part recall. Amazing service all the way around. I forgot to reserve a rental car but they managed to get me one even though I was there later in the part recall. Amazing service all the way around. I forgot to reserve a rental car but they managed to get me one even though I was there later in the morning. All was fixed quickly and the car was returned to me washed and like new. Freddy was extremely helpful and even sent me a video of the service being done. I have never seen this before. Very nice! All around great experience and I won’t take my car anywhere else. Although I did not buy my car at this dealership, all of the maintenance work has been done at the service department. Very satisfied with the service I received by Mr. Fredy Campos at HB Mazda today on my Mazda 3 vehicle. I needed an oil change and shared my concerns regarding the entertainment dashboard changing music Campos at HB Mazda today on my Mazda 3 vehicle. I needed an oil change and shared my concerns regarding the entertainment dashboard changing music selections on its own and stopping and playing music at will. Fredy informed he would have it looked into to see if an update was possibly needed. I was happy to see that HB Mazda service dept now takes pictures of the vehicle before taking them in for service and I received a small video from the service technician regarding the update to the entertainment dashboard. The waiting area was clean, welcoming and complimentary coffee is available. I received a message stating if I have any questions or concerns regarding my vehicle to please contact Mr. Fredy who is available 24/7. Although prices are expensive for me I don’t mind visiting HB Mazda for service on my vehicle because it’s individuals like Fredy Campos who I can rely on to provide optimal, efficient and comprehensive services every time. I got my first service done on my CX-5 and I was really impressed with the service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM when they open and (unlike previous dealership experiences with past cars) they got me impressed with the service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM when they open and (unlike previous dealership experiences with past cars) they got me started right on time. They gave a realistic estimate on the time it would take and they finished about 10 minutes earlier than I was expecting. The lounge area was clean and comfortable and their coffee maker makes espresso drinks which is great. Fredy was the the one that helped me and he was warm, friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I usually don't enjoy going to dealerships for car service, but this was actually a pleasant time.
