I bought my car over a year ago from this dealership and I just have to say that Eric Magana has been giving me nothing but top notch service since day one. Even when I bring my car in to be serviced, he tr I just have to say that Eric Magana has been giving me nothing but top notch service since day one. Even when I bring my car in to be serviced, he treats me the same as I came in the first time to purchase my car from him. He's a complete asset to ANY company he works for and I'm so happy to have met him. Chris in servicing was a great help as well and appreciated the level of service you guys provide for me whenever I come in to get my car serviced. I used to own a Mercedes, and I get treated better at this dealership than I did at the Mercedes dealership. Eric thank you for always getting back to me so quickly and diffusing any situation that I may run into. I will definitely be returning to get another car from Eric. Give this man a raise! Went the extra miles in seeking Mazda corporate to honor subsidized warranty on faulty transmission. Mileage was within warranty coverage but time period of ownership was outside normal warranty coverage subsidized warranty on faulty transmission. Mileage was within warranty coverage but time period of ownership was outside normal warranty coverage. Mazda subsidized 86% of replacement cost. In addition provided loaner vehicle for repair period. David Hernandez service rep provided frequent and timely communication regarding status of replacement process. More
