This is the second time I had my car in their service dept since buying it at the Tustin Mazda. Tommy from service was congenial and helpful from the first interaction, as we discussed what was needed to dept since buying it at the Tustin Mazda. Tommy from service was congenial and helpful from the first interaction, as we discussed what was needed to replace the under panel that had been torn earlier in my day. He put me at ease right away! And Chris was very kind and helpful when I brought it in to have the pa el replaced. Both gentlemen explained things well, made sure I understood what was needed and put me at ease. More
