First time purchasing a car myself from a dealership and was very lucky to have had the experience at HB Mazda with Tyson. Tyson was very responsive from the start with my initial inquiry, answering all of was very lucky to have had the experience at HB Mazda with Tyson. Tyson was very responsive from the start with my initial inquiry, answering all of my questions, and providing feedback. Not once did I feel pushed to purchase. My partner and I noted some missing service items for the CX-30 which Tyson was quick to address and correct. They were also very accommodating by taking measures that I can drive the car off the lot that day. Ozzy and Carlos were also very personable. There was some miscommunication about the purchase of a warranty (add'l $3K to off-lot price), but somewhat willing to overlook based off of customer experience. More

Ok, I don't know who is responsible for the changes to this dealership, but wow! Seriously, I had the BEST dealer experience ever & I've leased 8 cars. I was here a few years ago, and it was so-so, but no this dealership, but wow! Seriously, I had the BEST dealer experience ever & I've leased 8 cars. I was here a few years ago, and it was so-so, but now they're my favorite Mazda dealer! Eric in Sales & Cooper in Finance knew their stuff and that made the process easier for me. I'm very no-nonsense when it comes to leasing cars. The only suggestion is they need a new printer. ;) Guys, keep up the great work! More
