Too long at dealership. I was at the Hyundai dealership for around eight hours even though we decided on the car and price within an hour and a half. It took an inordinate am I was at the Hyundai dealership for around eight hours even though we decided on the car and price within an hour and a half. It took an inordinate amount of time for them to deliver the car. There was no communication between the sales staff and office so the contract had to be re-written several times. Further, I was not showing a contract until all the other documents were done. Would have liked to see the contract first. This made me feel like something shady was going on. More
